Nice Halloween vibes! Loved the music. Simple and efficient, good job!
really cute little game! i was a bit confused as to whether there's supposed to be an ending but i love the halloween theme and the touch of the music getting slower as you get bigger. nice!
Nice spooky-yet-cheerful vibes. I loved how the music kept slowing down and lowering as you got bigger. Everything felt more and more ominous the bigger that I got. Not sure if there's an ending, but I got far enough for things to start to get difficult to collect candies on my own level. So I got a fair amount of enjoyment out of this.
Nice art and parallax effect (but I was slightly confused whether I could eat the mango-looking thing or not!). Music is thematically appropriate. A few QoL improvements I might suggest: - some kind of win condition (if there is one, it wasn't clear) - an indicator or some kind of ability to guide you to where the candies have spawned, had to scour the levels a fair few times to find the next one - if you're so inclined, the win condition could also feature e.g. a score based on time to eat candies/candies eaten in time
Very cute art! Loved the candy design. I couldn“t get to the higher platforms to reach more candy, but I think It is a fun concept! Funny how you get bigger the more candy you eat :)
@destroyertech Thank you for your ideas! There was originally supposed to be a win condition where you just explode after eating enough but I unfortunately didn't have the time to implement it. The second note is related to a bug in the spawning  . There should be no shortage of candies running around but they dont seem to want to spawn in as they should.
Very silly idea for this theme, hahahah. It would be great to see you team up with some more people, as you clearly have decent art skills in the making. Having a more rounded game loop will make your art assets shine. Keep it up!
Cute graphics! Sad I didn't get big enough to eat the negg.
Nice game,very interesting plot!!!!Nice job!!!!
Normally platformers aren't my favourite because I suck at them but the very generous double jump made this game really fun for me! I thought the art was cute too and the music was very spoopy.
An interesting idea, nice graphics and a soundtrack. But there are a couple of points that I would like to finalize: - the main player passes through the platforms and sometimes gets stuck in them, which makes it difficult to move - there are not enough sound effects when eating onions, jumping and others - the screen moves strangely when moving, it may be necessary to fix it somehow - it would be nice to highlight the main objects of the level relative to others Overall, it's a good start. Good luck!
I've always wanted to be a SUPER HUGE ONION Nice concept, had some trouble before finding out you can double jump. Everything was easier after that haha
Fun and cute! I feel like a super onion hero, and the jumping feels especially light and bouncy, I want to hop around the map all the time.
Fun little game with great atmosphere! I think it might be cool if the character got different abilities when it reaches different sizes, like maybe breaking blocks or a stomp attack.
Super fun - I enjoyed how the music kept slowing down, and how I kept growing without any bounds. Somehow just these two elements kept me playing for way too long. Check out how big I've becomeScreenshot 2024-10-22 at 21.19.45.png
Cute game! I did not end up playing until I grew as big as the comment before me shoes, but I also enjoyed the powerful feeling the game gave me
This is so silly and cute! Like many others have already mentioned, I loved that the music slows down as you get bigger. You also did a great job at capturing the Halloween spirit, 5 stars in mood for you  One suggestion I have is that it might've been nice to make the background a little less saturated or darker, since I was confused about which objects are part of the gameplay and which are just background decor
