Surprised after understanding how it operates, the cursor status indicates if the protal is charged. I wish it can charge faster. Great game, I got sucked in!

@ffffchai Happy to hear you got sucked into it, at the end of the day all we wanted to do was make something someone found fun :)

This game is so fun! I absolutely love the little demon army, they're so cute!

Fun wee game, kept me playing for quite a while. The difficulty felt well balanced and the use of the custom cursor made is easy to keep track of the portal ability during the heat of the moment. The graphics are really cute but I felt the combination of the background moving and its colour made it harder to track the player. The audio fit the theme of the game really well and overall the game was a nice take on the wider theme :)

This was a really cool concept! I thought I lost at first and then I realized I was going through different missions. It's sort of like Asteroids but instead of a lazer you have a blackhole lol. The art was great, the music felt really fitting, and I think inverse-summoning is a cool interpretation of the theme

Fun arcade-y experience! Kind of wish it displayed your highest level and score so I could post them, but I got through maybe six of them? Hit box on the portal seemed a little big and it would be frustrating when demons slingshot around the portal and across the screen wrap to escape the portal, but other than that, it generally felt fair. I like the music and the character designs a lot too.

@monika Thanks for your feedback! The screen wrapping note was something I was aware of during development, but didn't find the time to figure out how to do effectively without introducing potentially more bugs. I absolutely see why it feels frustrating when they wrap around and escape their fate! Maybe I'll try to push that out in a post-jam version with the highest level and score idea, perhaps even a freeplay mode so that you can really go for that high score!

The visual effects are very cool. I did take a lot of damage to enemies right as they were spawning which was a little frustrating but I did enjoy the mechanics overall. Well done

That's pretty cool. The visuals are good, but a little toxic to me. But overall, it's great

A simple game, but it compels you to try and try and try and try again. I'd like to know the lore behind the sad demons. Why are they sad? Why did their eyebrows grow out so thick? We may never know. Good music! and fun character designs!

Cool and effective graphics, matched perfectly with the game's vibe!

simple concept and mechanic, but pretty hard at first sight! art is original and nice, sound design is good. i wish there was a faster respawn button, or at least the possibility to skip rules after a new start instead of waiting.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I'm planning to put together a post jam version once rating is over with many of these updates in mind :)

Great game! I love how the teleport also puts you at great risk and punishes you for being too greedy. The in-game control screen did fly by a bit too quick so I feel like some folks might not read it in its entirety, including me :P

:red_circle: The portal ... it's just ... too .. powerfulll.....(dies) :skull_crossbones:

I love the 2D aspect of it and the story is amazing, loved the game and would also love to see more of it keep it up!
