Nice little tower defense game, really liked the graphics. Had some trouble initially getting the game to load, but it worked fine after I installed the .Net library you linked on your itch.io page.

Liked the game it was fun. I wish I could have moved the camera or had some more indication of whare the enemies were. loved hitting the enemies with my sword I found it very satisfying.
The controls are extremely hyper-sensitive which makes the game very difficult to play. The coin pick up was also very choosy about where I could be to pick them up. The rotating of the camera by mouse movement was counter-intuitive for me and was pretty confusing since it did not seem to point toward my mouse. It was a good game with perhaps too much to be made within the time frame of a jam.
Have to update .NET runtime to play :(
A great mix of tower defense and third person gameplay. It was really unfortunate the controls (or physics don't know which one. Either really fast acceleration or slippery ground) caused the inside part to be extremely difficult to navigate alongside the weird rotation mechanic.
On the outside at least controls improved a little, but all the button related actions were completely lost in the barrage of information. The enemies had a very fast attack that wasn't tied to their attacking animation which made it very hard to get an attack in before they had already done their attack and drained yours. Some SFX on that would've made that much clearer.
With more time and polish this could be an interesting game. There already is a good set of models that really brought the game above a standard jam hack and slash game.
Always love tower defense games. But it's a pity that the view angle is too high that I cannot see which directions the enemies are coming. I was always busy fighting with the little skeletons and placing the towers, but ignored there is a single skeleton attacking my castle...because I cannot see it :(
Pretty good visual! Nice work
First run didn't go too well. Immediately lost the central building and fell off the map :P A marker that points you to the middle would have been useful.
Found it really hard to get past the round after the boss round, enemies would sneak up and start attacking the castle without me realising. Didn't help that I found it really hard to tell where enemies were based on sound direction.
There is A LOT of fun here just waiting for the game to be polished. Some more care into the controls, HUD and how soapy the movement and combat feels. Very solid entry
The fact you made this in your own game engine is impressive and I always think it's interesting to see people use different tools/game engines than just the regular Unity or Godot to make games for Game Jams.
It could've been interesting, but sadly the game seems unfinished.
The camera angle is really awkward, making it difficult to see. The camera often clips through the main building. Allowing the player to rotate it vertically would've helped a lot. The movement is *really* slippery and in the house there seems to be no friction at all. And after my base got destroyed, I lost the game and died. But could still move around, attack and place towers in this state. There also doesn't seem to be any way to restart the game once you die, so you have to close and re-open the game each time.
Great graphics, was a bit hard sometimes with controls, but the game is definitely nice and deserves more ratings! Hope you update it later. Well done!
I like the textures and models are cute, the game is really fun overall, good job, keep it up!
While the controls are a bit awkward (camera angle, floaty movement; definitely could use some polish), it screams potential. What 3D models there are are really nice and I can somewhat glimpse a fun game in there. I also wouldn't have realized this was a custom game engine if not for the comment by Klemmbaustein. I kinda wish there was a scale for technical feats for cases like this. I'll definitely be keeping my eye on the engine in the future!
