Simple mechanics but a really nice experience nonetheless! I like the graphics and especially the music, very soothing. I feel like there's not a lot that needs to be made to have a really fun game. Good job!

The creatures on the cards are beautiful and I was surprised that each card had a different design. Just wish the game was a little faster paced ;)

I'm still unsure after beating it whether the AI strategizes against you based on the number of cards you currently have. This would be a really fun multiplayer experience. The only thing I would change would just be some polish, like having rounds autocomplete with speed up when you have no real choices left, like if I'm holding 3 fires, it should just play it out the ending. Overall really pleasant experience with nice atmosphere.

Simple yet beautifully made game, artwork and theme was also on point and the music was also very pleasing to me. Only thing I would critique is that I feel the match should end once you or your opponent has won a majority of rounds, but that's not super important. Well done!

Simple idea, nice visuals. A little too slow paced for my taste, maybe some animations could be sped up. The text size for the tutorial could be larger, on my laptop screen it was hard to read. Is there an ending to this game, or is it just rounds endlessly?

Thanks for the reply! There 3 rounds, each one has less peeks.

I believe I'd found a winning strategy  Nevertheless it still could be a good kids game, a rock-paper-scissors type game with mechanics that teach a player the probability theory. Good job!

Speaking of controls, IMHO adding left mouse click on a card in addition to drag-and-drop wouldn't hurt.

Nice entry, perfectly scoped for a Ludum Dare submission. I loved the initial simplicity of the game, but you realize it is deeper than it looks. It actually reminded me of the first arc in the Kaiji anime/manga series. Quite polished also, and the music gives some nice vibes.

I would only suggest that you make it faster maybe, the wait between turns is slightly too long. One idea I have is that you could also add a strength stat to each card (1/2/3 since there are only 3 cards per color) that would be used to settle the outcome when 2 cards of the same element are played. It would add another extra layer of depth to the game.

Solid job overall, congrats!

cute and charming art which transmits calm and chilling vibes. In my opinion the ability to look at their card and the system tracking for you the remaining cards of the oponent makes it way too easy. Also it confuses to have the oponents face-down card grouped in 3-cards when they do not correspond to the type of element. Definately a very good work for a weekend! Cheers!

Loved the game. It felt kind of distant from the theme. Like the summoning is more an effect then an actual part of the game. Having only three kinds gives a very rock, paper, scissors vibe to it, so it might be fun to add some more cards. All in all, I did love it.

It's nice. Pleasant music. I like the characters, especially the fox and the hedgehog)

A pleasing aesthetic with the music and art-style. Gives a nice mood as if you're playing with friends in a cosy setting. The placement of the creature icons into the bottom left of the card had the summoning aspect lost on me slightly before I saw the animations bringing them out. Maybe moving the icons to the centre of the cards would draw people's eyes in more to the creatures themselves instead of just focusing mainly on the element types.

This is a beautiful game, enjoyed the art and music a lot, especially the different creature designs - I would have expected all the fire water animals to be the same so it was cool to see a variety. Interesting to add a restricted number of 'cheats' to a RPS type game - does make for some interesting problem solving as to when is best to use them, although I would have liked a bit more strategy.

This is a fun little game! I think that the art and music are really nice, and there's a nice little bit of strategy to counting your opponents cards and trying to make the right play! I think if you wanted to expand this further, either adding more types of cards or ways to expand/alter your deck could be a fun twist on it!

All in all, great job!

Pretty fun card game! I love the visual design, especially the board and the creatures. The chill music in the background is also pretty fitting. :) One thing I'd add as a small improvement is maybe zooming in on the card you are picking up, so you can look at it more closely before placing it - it's not really important for the gameplay reason, but I felt like it would be nice to see the creature design more clearly.

Not much more to say here, others have already pointed out the same issues I had. One thing I want to add is an idea for possible expansion - maybe it would be nice to have the different creatures somehow influence the gameplay as well. Maybe something that would make each round last a bit longer would be adding hit points to the creatures and making some creatures take more / less damage based on which of the three creatures hit it, e.g. the fire snake taking 1dmg from the butterfly, 2 from the bat and 3 from the owl. Or maybe instead of hitpoints have some sort of crit system, which would regenerate one peek if you manage to get it.
