Got to 654 on the score! LOVE IT, it's such a fun idea! I love the cute animals and how chill the game seems in the beginning and then it get's EASILY out of control haha. It's incredibly simple in design but honestly, can get very complex if done correctly!
I think having an in context tutorial for the full game would have worked out perfectly, allowing you to sort of understand what's going on step by step. Also not sure about the spinning, can get you dizzy really quickly 😂
I enjoyed playing this man, even though I couldn't understand what was doing on at first! GREAT ENTRY! ♥

Really nice idea! Loved the cute animals (even though they sometimes fell to eternity). I liked the clouds/fog FX too!

Wow amazing game! Visuals and music/sound fit together really well
If progression could be a bit slower I would have even more fun
Would play in full version!

Wow, i'm really impressed of the level of polish. Not only it has a solid gameplay, but the art is absolutely lovely. The only minor annoyance is that's it's not always clear why you can't place a building. But everything is SO CLEAN. well done!!
Loved it, highscore 845, we did it first try and could not beat it again! I liked the idea and it fits the theme perfectly.
Pressing R completely obliterates the game :smile_cat: in a funny way
Amazing sound design, music and idea. I had a lot of fun, even though the cute animals kept throwing themselves into the void D:
I had a lot of fun playing this! The game felt really finished, and you expanded on the simple premise of placing blocks with some fun effects the blocks could have. The game starts seemingly simple, but it escalates into a mess trying to keep the island afloat. I would maybe have considered making the scroll wheel rotate the block, since the zooming doesn't seem super useful, but what am I even niggling about? Great game!

Capture d'écran 2023-10-04 194806.png Couldn't do better. It was awesome ! Very good idea, in such short time you did so well !
1430 with the rotationally stabilized building :D Great game, great concept and I might actually play in again in the future.

@petr-vejchoda oh damn, I guess at least one development tool should have been accidentally left behind, oops 😅
This was a really cool idea for a game and a nice implementation of the theme. Really polished, I didn't encounter any bugs and everything worked as it should.
The gameplay was quite fresh and I think it has potential to become a success as a mobile app. It took me a couple of tries before I figured out how it really worked, but I got the highest score (755 exactly, like the poster above me) on my first try by randomly clicking on the map to drop boxes. And this brings to the surface the following issue; luck or randomness or however you call it, is too big of a factor, and it is less about strategy and decision making, which is generally not a good thing for a game. I believe if the rules where simplified and the game was stripped down to its core (for example, less box types, no random stages, etc) it would become a better game. That is the only constructive comment I have to make about the game, but still, it was really enjoyable!
The minimalistic low-res/polygona graphics fit the gameplay.
Overall, a really solid effort.

Any brave souls to beat our team's high score? :) image.png

From the screenshot, the game looks nice. Unfortunately, I'm unable to try it, since I'm on linux, and there is no web version.

@hakro there is a web version available at the top of the page with a big orange play button :) Please let me know if you still won't be able to play it, I'll try to make a linux build

Oh, that's great, somehow I missed it. Got to play now, really like the idea and the vibes, and got to a modest 1465

@hakro thanks for giving it a second chance and for positive feedback! Also, nice score! :)
P.S. Adding Linux build. Since I can't test it, I'll appreciate if you can give it a *spin* and confirm that it works.

This game is absolutely amazing! I think you could turn it into a mobile game directly. I will definitely play it whenever I am bored.
The visuals and music are both very pleasing, and the gameplay strikes a perfect balance between entertaining relaxation and exciting challenges.
By the way, is it possible to set a limit on how fast the island tilt? There were a few times when a small block caused it tilt rapidly and collapse before I could even adjust. But maybe that's also part of the fun, hahaha.
All in all, this game is fantastic!

@nilan thanks for a positive feedback and for taking your time to try it! :)
It is possible to do anything in the code, so yeah, definitely. But as you mentioned it may be the part of the fun, so some testing will be needed, and it's a jam game, so it'll stay as it is, except for any major bug fixes, that may appear. Anyhow, nice suggestion, thank you! :)

the concept itself is interesting, the game turned out cool in its own way
Fantastic game! you all had a great idea and delivered on it. I really love how you added featrues to help the player place items better like scrolling. The vibe of the game is very casual yet addicting to play

Love this!!! Really great mechanics and controls, and it fits the theme perfectly. Nicely done!
Keita Takahashi... is that you? I loved the little animals running around, the crazy sound effects, the excitement when the island starts to tip. This game is awesome!
Great game! It's fun to play (a little worried about the animals that fell off the plate... they were quite cute)
Very nice and engaging! The clean 3d graphics do the job well and the colors are pleasant. Music is fitting and it compliments the atmosphere nicely.
You have a solid core gameplay - fun to play, fun to fail :smile_cat: At some point, I pressed R by pure accident (wanted to rotate ) and I sort of broke the geometry. So I kept pressing R and broke the world!

A great, complete game! I really liked it!)
Great game! I had a lot of fun trying beat my own score!

The only bug (I think) I was able to find was that at some point I somehow placed one of the blocks not flat to the ground (I think it was on top of another block) and any other block I placed on top of that one would also be skewed. It looked weird. Happened on the web version if that helps.
Very addictive gameplay. Nice job!
Got 1440 and am happy with that. :D Cool concept, I remember playing a rather similar board game many years ago. But this virtual version has much less of the chaos of dozens of small bricks eventually crashing down onto a table haha.
