I really love how you used the theme. The whole game feels really polished!
Being able to strategically use the crushing walls of death to your advantage with well placed jumps and dashes gives this really simple concept incredible depth.
My top score: 12000 The controls felt a little bit weird, movement is too slippery for my taste

This was so cool, the graphics and the music really fit the fast paced gameplay. I love this take on the theme and the double use of the walls closing in but also lending a surface to jump on is so genius. I'd love to see a bit more tutorial and some sort of indicator that I could do wall jump because it took me a second to get that. I couldn't figure out the best way to use my dash because it felt like I didn't need it for an upward movement focused game? but maybe I need to play a bit more to figure that out! great entry!

I really like how the pressing "Walls are closing in" mechanic both adds tension but also helps you go faster. The controls are a bit hard to get used too, especially the wall jump, but once you get them it's really fun.
Also nice art and fitting music. Great job ✨
Great work! I really like the interpetation of the theme. Compliments to the graphics as well. Personally, I found pixel art as a nice nod to the retro feel of the game. The controls were a bit slippery, which made it a bit of a challenge to jump around at the start. Overall, a fun game to break own top scores.
Got top score of 20 917. With the walls being so close futher in the game, I was basically dual mashing the jump button while running against the wall. That was really fun (serious)
Fun well-coded game! What a cool idea, to make the level design require you to lose a little - adds stress and fun, although it sometimes means you just have to wait until you can use the closing walls. Neat graphic design and music - very cool.

The graphism and the colors are very well done.
I took a little time to understand that the dashes against the wall are made with the up arrow.
I liked very much the mechanic of the narrowing walls. You have to keep them as far as possible, but at the same time, when they are near, you can climb super fast by spamming the up arrow.
The level randomization is also a good idea. I don't like these super-meat-boy-like platformers where you have to learn your moves by heart. In your game, each try is different.
Overall, a very cool game !
The game is super difficult! But after several runs, the FUN! the game is really cool and it deserves more rating!

Really like the concept, the art and the music. Reminds me of the old game "Icy Tower" somehow, which war a really nice addicting game.
The only thing i would "criticize" is that sometimes the (randomly generated?) platforms are a little bit to hard to jump to. But that could just be a skill issue.
