that was pretty fun and clever. after saving 8 ppl, the UI was just blank and didn't work. either that's a bug or as far as you got?
this was really great but can you make the collision boxes (area for your mouse to click on) a little bigger? some of the things were a bit hard to click on or missed or something.
Congratulations on your first jam game! Be super proud of finishing and submitting.
Your 3D models cracked me up in the best possible way. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to play, though. The number of people I killed due to my incompetence is... Staggering.
Please change colors to suit color blind people! But overall interesting concept good job submitting
Really enjoyable gameplay. I got to level 8 first try, which is where the game stops working. It was really fun having more buttons appear each level though. I would recommend making it expand more beyond level 8, I'd love to see how far i could get if it was endless. Also the buttons could be a bit larger to make it a bit easier to click. The only gameplay choice I question is needing to click the "scheme" button every time. I think the scheme could just be there next to the buttons from the start, since there's no reason to NOT have it up constantly. Really fun and I would definitely come back for an updated version.
This one was a lot of fun! I liked the slow ramp up where it keeps getting more complex. It took me a while of randomly clicking around before I found the "scheme" button in the top right of the panel. I was able to crash it by clicking scheme before it told me to panic. I got up to 7 before I wasn't fast enough. Great job.

A little hard to understand that you need to press the scheme button (perhaps that it just a "me" problem!), but once I figured that out, it was quite fun! I had the same bug where after saving 8 people the UI was blank, so that was as high as I got, but good submission :)

@whysguy52, @dancing-ember-studios, @junagames, @themixedmaster, @scottmakesgames, @mocadium Oh my goodness, guys, I'm so happy with all the feedback! The game should be endless, I thought I took that into account. I will definitely solve the problem with the colors, small UI elements and the bug when the game is over, but the elevator doors open. Thanks again guys, this is very motivating!

Amazing game! I really loved the idea, even it's not fitting the theme very well imo. I'm a big fan of "UI" and management game. Difficulty progression is great and i was really stressed before loosing !
Little Unity tips : - I played full screen and the UI was really small on my big chad screen. You can go to you Canvas and set Scaling to "Scale with screen size" instead of "Constant pixel size" - Some of your UI elements have standard Unity assets which are utterly ugly (it's pixelated af, and have a sidewalk grey color). You can set the sprite to "none" and it will display a nice white square and change it's color. It's not like it was a pretty asset, but cost nothing, takes no time, and is often prettier.
Great job !

@eryph Thanks for your feedback. I really appreciate that you gave a detailed answer. I used this idea to be original, unfortunately it doesn't quite fit the theme (although I tried). I didn’t have time to configure the UI elements because there was little time left, but I’m glad that you noticed it. For the window sprites, I drew a rounded square in paint to make it look nicer. My mistake was that I didn't think about the image quality. Thanks again for your answer!

In the new version Claustrophobia_0.1, major bugs have been fixed. 1. Now the UI elements look neat and adjust to the size of your screen. 2. No more freezes at level 8. 3. The ability to select the color of buttons has been added to the main menu, which could be a problem for people with color blindness.
If you have time, test the game and let me know if anything goes wrong.
accidentally discovered a bug with the new version. If you click "open the door" multiple times at the end of a level, the level counter will increase again so i ended up at level 10 while only having beaten 7 levels. The UI also got crazy and immediately froze. idk if that's normal for level 10 or related to the other bug. I'll have to get there normally to see. You've got me addicted to this game now lol
edit: i tried to recreate it and it looks like it only does this when going between levels 7 and 8
alright i've done a full playthrough again until i died. made it to 18 before i forgot to click on the turny things and ran out of time.
bug report: the number bar is always set to 1 in the blueprints and leaving it blank without clicking any on the actual number row still lets you beat each level

@themixedmaster Thanks for pointing out the errors. They were all pretty stupid actually, so I quickly fixed it. Please check it if you can. I also changed the leveling condition to allow for a smoother increase in difficulty. Let me know if this is too easy (level increases every 4 doors you open)
I'll try it out when I can. I think increasing the difficulty ceiling is a good idea. From that one bug I noticed that the game does support more inputs than it maxes out at, so it might be good to increase those maximums, but they do end up overlapping in weird ways. It can be fun when things get weird though I guess.
Loved it! The 3D models are so bad they're good haha 😂. The concept is interesting too and it totally fits the theme.

@anatol-dumitras Haha, I'm new to Blender, but I tried to make my own. In fact, my pride is music. At least the music was good

I love how simple and silly it is! Would love a version of the game where it gets progressively harder faster than it already does. Great job!
Is this a gag game? I meant the artwork is childish. But I must say you make the fear real. Funny enough for me is that I am tall but yet have a fear of height. Great game.
Funny idea, awesome soundtrack, simple realization. 20 people was my best result. Looks like you had some issues with a game but 0.2 version works fine. Really good game for the first jam!

I tried the 0.2 version and it seems to works fine.
It's simple and effective. I went to level 28 before getting a game over (I really didn't wanted to redo it all to top my score though).
The visuals are simple but does the works nicely. I honestly clicked on the game because of the miniature looking funny lol. I really appreciate that the panic button actually "bump" with the audio, that's a nice touch. I guess some variety in the colors of the passengers would have been nice but eh, it's fine how it is too.
My only complaint is that it never introduce more mecanics, just more of the sames one. You should consider it next time you try that kind of game.
Keep up the good work
That was more fun than I expected, I think it was confusing to have no indicator you needed to open the diagram and it would've been nice to have more characters than just the 1 same girl getting stuck haha. I would've liked to seen a point system as well, bonus points for doing it faster. But the loop was fun and the music fit well to make it seem like you were rushing and pressed for time. Simple and fun.

@harksa Thanks for the detailed review of my game. Initially it was planned to make at least 3 types of characters, but unfortunately there was only enough time for one. I also wanted to add other floors where the player would have different mechanics

@mindhijacker the splash screen is just a screenshot from the game from a different angle. Unfortunately, my 3D modeling skills are not as good as I would like. Thanks for your feedback!

@thealexwolf Thanks for noticing the good quality of the music (I tried to make it fun and not boring). I'm glad the new version works without errors

@beeb-gamecodecompany thanks for your comments. If I decide to make a sequel, I will definitely add additional mechanics and resources
Great job on this! This could quite easily be one of those quick games people fire up on their mobile phones with some more work and polish. Well done on your first compo!

I found the game to be very engaging. The idea is excellent, and if you continue at this pace, you'll surely establish yourself as a professional

Nice work, fun game. I liked the matching on a timer. I did get to a point where I don't think anything else gets added, so decided to stop, but fun nonetheless. Did you accidentally make it so you couldn't random 7 on the knobs? They never needed a 7th click  ! Fun submission, really liked the walking once they were free. How did none of them warn the next person what was happening!!!

the game is quite interesting, it was fun to play, everything was done well, both the controls and the game design itself
Great first jam game. It was fun to play, SFX and music are cool  Maybe it would have been fun to get more "puzzle" to play with
