The graphics are sick! I found the sensitivity to be a bit high on the mouse, and the movement of the drone didnt match up with it but I got used to it. Really cool idea and it LOOKS amazing!
Quite pretty. I couldn't really figure it out though. I didn't know where to get cargo from. The flight controls are really detailed.
I think it's harder to control the drone in your game than in mine. Anyway, great game and nice visuals.
A bit too hard to control in my opinion, very cool art though!
The menus weren't that intuitive either, would maybe put up buttons hints in the base UI too.
Overall great job, but lots of things to improve!
This game is absolutely gorgeous. I ended up mostly just flying around the drone and exploring the little world you've made because it was so cool!
I must say that the graphics style is simply amazing, especially for the jam mode. I was blown away by how the clouds felt so real, and it was as if I was flying through them in my dreams! The drone animations are cute and the retro textures added a nice touch, making me fall in love with the game. However, I must admit that the controls were not very user-friendly. It took me 15 minutes just to figure out that I had to press 'T' and choose a package instead of searching for it. Despite this, the sounds were well-done and realistic, and the art was superb. In fact, I enjoyed it so much! I would love to make a game with you on the next jam! ;)
Visually the game looks great, but the controls are too difficult. Flying in general is already hard but when you have to keep yourself up and tilt movement is slow it makes it harder and not enjoyable. The most frustrating part was grabbing the cargo. If that was easy and then dropping cargo onto a target was hard that would be ok. The game looks like it could be fun but i wish the controls were better. Otherwise great looking game.
Added small tutorial text with the keybinds in game and made the initial drone a bit easier to fly. Thanks for playing everyone. @hoshinu Can press escape to see a menu with sensitivity controls, it is a bit high at the start. @milano23 @shadowbrain @makerart Thanks for the kind words & feedback.
I really like this idea! Flying the drone around felt pretty good to me, but I did have some issues at first working out the orientation of the drone since the camera didn't move relative to it. I ended up turned around a few times without realizing it and flying the wrong way. Also, I found it frustrating that the mission list was full of deliveries that I simply couldn't do yet. Why even have those on the list? I really liked the visuals overall, but I think it could have been even cooler if there was a visual to make the lower heights appear more dangerous because I didn't work that out at first at all. Really solid start though! I like the concept a lot.
I adore the look of the city and art style in general, very very well executed there. The truth of the gameplay overall is that I found it frustrating and slow, unfortunately. Don't let that detract from the fact that this city and style is genuinely impressive and a treat to explore for 72 hours, well done!
Very neat game with good flying mechanics, liked it quite a bit. The clouds sure gave it a splendid addition to it and the environment overall is great looking. Could be easily expanded on towards many different routes with this one, great base for a good droning game. Would drone again !0/10
Great game, clean mechanics and gameplay, difficult as fuck, the clouds are a great addition. How did you make the sound of the drone scale with power ? It's really well made.
Very good work with graphics and sounds. But it wouldn't hurt to work on the UI. And the controls seemed very complicated to me -- like there was no point in buttons A and D. It would be better if they had Q and E on them, it seems to me. Well, to remove Motion Blur (I was not mistaken that he annoyed me so much?). Well, the gameplay itself wasn't very meditative, to be honest. It is very clumsy to manage it and the price for a mistake is not pleasant. But it was cool, thank you for such a gaming experience.
love love love the art direction here, very nice stuff. I didn't get super grabbed by the gameplay, but i did enjoy just roaming around the environment and soaking it in quite a bit.
:cloud:I love the artistic design of the particle clouds and the low-poly models. It makes me feel very relaxed and immersed. Great job! It's a fantastic game!
Now this is one hell of a game. This was too good. The art style is fascinating. I love the ghibli style shader. The UI is clean and the mechanisms are well executed. Great job guys!!!
Really beautiful world. I wish there was more to explore and discover!
What the ... this is another level :eyes:
Wish there was other OS downloads / Web.
The art style of this game may be simple, but it effectively conveys the game's world and enhances the overall immersion
