I like the concept. The game is too slow paced though. Need to kick it up a notch. Perhaps send a flood of tenants in.. distractions.. more packages to sign for... specific signatures? (Sign with a star.. sign with a circle).

Just needs a little bit more going on. Nice job on making this though! Keep at it!

Good experience! Being able to move around the other objects was a nice touch. Could use a bit more variety but it's a really good base for a limited timescale. Great work!

Game is super slow, and it doesn't seem to pick up speed on the next day either. Would be nice to start with some packages since it's kind of a drag to wait for the first boxes to arrive. I think it's entertaining, I like matching the boxes and calling out to people as they pass by to hand packages, pretty good on theme and I love the kitty poster.

Fun little game, I like the concept. I sort of like the slow pace, but there is a lot of space to add different features. I like the interactivity of some of the decor. I ran into a bug that broke the game while I was playing. While handing a package to one person, before they finished speaking I handed it to the intended person. They finished the other lines then said their own. Then I was curious and I handed a package to the right person then before they finished handed it to another. The same thing happened with the second person finishing the lines then saying their own but they continued to speak after the package disappeared.

Not really a big deal, I know I broke it myself lol, just wanted to mention it.

As others have already mentioned, the idea is great, but a bit too slow for me. Waiting for longer times when nothing happens is just boring. Add some stressful situations and it could be a great game.

I like the concept. The game controls very intuitively and feels tactile! The pacing is a bit off though.

Thank you all so much for your feedback! I think the pacing is a off because we came into the jam with the intent of making a cozy, relaxing game - and it feels like we could have done one of two things:

- Added some extra mechanics: Some of the ideas we had were things like: a conversation/dialog tree with the tenants, some sort of decoration shop to allow you to decorate the office, varying and increasing numbers of people. Essentially, stuff to let the player "waste" time between tenants/deliveries. - Abandoned the cozy: As I think you've all pointed out, if it was a bit more frantic, it would be a decent more "traditional" game - maybe add a score and some sort of failure condition if, say, too many packages piled up for a given tenant.

Overall I'm happy with what we produced, but I think I've come away from this jam feeling like I/We left a little bit on the table - I think we're more used to 48 hour jams, and I know I personally was just *done* on the third day.

This is really an antistress game. Nice and calm, good experience. A bit slow, but still good.

Nice concept. Time limits would add more challenge and motivation.

Beautiful idea. Nice job.

I really liked the concept too, with a better pace this game could be a great relaxing game. Those extra mechanics that you are talking are a really great idea! Especially given that I liked being able to organize my work area, being able to purchased new decorations and stuff, and get to know the tenants would be a really great additions! Personally I enjoyed the slow pace options, rather than going for the frantic way! But both are good choices. I hope you were able to get the rest you needed after those 3 days!

Good work on being able to go through all the three days even though you're use to 48 hours! :)

Really nice chill game. Despite its slower pace, it was an enjoyable experience.

I like the game! I found it really fun.

broccolly 2023-05-02 20:49

It was a lovely peaceful game to play, it could have gone slightly faster especially at the beginning. I like that you can move the objects around, it would be good to be able to get to know the tenants. Great work :)

I like this game! really interesting idea!

jdemattos 2023-05-07 03:38

I liked the relaxing pace of the game, and the idea itself has so much potential and this game is an awesome proof of concept. Enjoyed clicking around and imagining the things to do with the clock and poster. Pleasant and not too stressful!

Like your game's concept. It's so interesting. and relaxing. Very good job

kromeboy 2023-05-08 11:49

nice concept but way slow. The movable environment parts is a nice touch

roroto-sic 2023-05-11 11:05

Some features are missing (a point system, and a win or lose achievement maybe, some music and sounds too) But its overall a great start for a game !!

python-b5 2023-05-20 00:28

I agree that the people come a little slowly. But otherwise this is a fun game! I like how you can move some of the props around too, and the bouncy physics. Nice work!

I did have one of the dialog boxes appear (mostly) off-screen at one point.
