Really fun and addictive! The visual and audio feedback when you get a kill is so satisfying and clear without distracting from the action, and the inclusion of a leaderboard as well is impressive. Awesome work!

This game has some great visuals, animations, and feel to reinforce the gameplay. Great job. I wish I had a mouse, as it was tough to play with a trackpad, but it was nonetheless great
Screenshots look nice, concept sounds fun, but no windows handy - maybe add a web export next time?
That was actually really fun, but hard as hell. I like that you added a leaderboard so I can see how bad I am. The music and sounds effects sound cool together, especially with the slowmo that happens when you kill someone. Also, the wobbly limbs are a nice touch :P
I got stuck at one of the levels and that killed my run. Had fun though!
Also, did the enemies get more health in later levels, or is the bullet physics weird? I noticed that sometimes headshots are 1-hit kills but other times I need to shoot multiple times.
I liked it. Felt strange that throwing a gun did more damage than shooting it, but I guess for balance it works out. The time limit was a cool mechanic but I didn't feel like you used it enough. Nice work. Art was cool.
@benhumphries I respect the attempt to play using trackpad, it's like playing the game on hard mode
@somecodingguy HTML 5 version is coming, I just need some time to sort out some issues with the scoreboard not working. Hopefully will get one out in the next few days.
@ale thanks! I love really hard shooters like Hotline Miami so I wanted to emulate that style a bit. Damage is hitbox based, headshots are two shot kills, however neck shots kill instantly, my idea was it would essentially act as critical hits while still being kind of skill based.
@thedashdude initially thrown weapons did the same damage as regular shots, however that resulted in throws being high risk and low reward and not very fun. I did want to bring more presence to the timer (maybe make levels where it is more difficult to reach the enemies in time, and add some audio flare as the timer runs out) but just ran out of time myself near the end.
I liked the leaderboard, but I couldn't really understand what contributed to score. I guess speed and precision? In any case, the 10 second limit + the precision requirements made this feel like a neat puzzle game to me rather than a fast paced shooter - taking my time with each kill made levels a lot easier. The sound design was very nice, I liked how smoothly it changed with each kill especially. In any case, I think the concept is cool, with a big dose of polish on the graphics and controls it could be very addictive!
Really cool game! The mood was on point and the mechanics were fun to mess with. The animations were great. Also enjoyed the music and sound design. I tried so many times on the level with all the guys on the bottom, but I just couldn't do it. It felt a bit frustrating how slow I fell when going down to face them, leaving me open for a long time. Overall, great job with this!
Fun game, great job! I struggled with the harder levels at first, but then started doing much better once I realized how powerful throwing weapons is.
The game felt weird at first, but once I got the hang of the movement and inertia it was really fun to execute quick completions of a level. Has kinda Hotline Miami vibe to it where you rehearse playthrough of a level and then at some point execute it perfectly and it feels really nice. Also I liked that I could kill guys by throwing my gun (also like Hotline Miami). Movements could be more precise, but later I saw it more as a feature. Got really frustrated when I couldn't see my score at the end screen, couldn't find where I could see it after that. But overall I had fun!
Wah... I love the game... but did you make the enemies in the final level immune to the shotgun or something!?!? that was so hard!
Really fun, got me hooked enough to bash through level 3. Nidhogg vibes. The visual aesthetic is kinda abrasive but i really enjoyed it + the sound design and special effects when shooting. 10 second timer works really nicely I think, it's not like a instant punish but still keeps it hard. Those jumps tho...
My favourite part was repeatedly throwing my gun at my unarmed opponent's feet

The graphics... my eyes...! :eyes:
I didn't even realize there was a timer until wait late in the game, it was very addicting. Loved the gameplay, the quick reset and slow down when killing enemies gave me some hotline miami vibes. Good job!!
Visual effects are cool. Scoring a kill is so satisfying. Thank you for the game. I like it!
Fun game. Quite addicting. Controls feel a bit weird at the beginning but I quickly got used to them. The puppet style animations of the guys are funny. Sounds and music are fun. Fx on a kills are cool. Nice to have a scoreboard didn't really get how the scores work though. Good job. :)
