I got the web version working, but I couldn't see anything as it was so dark (even with my contrast at max).
Cool graphics and animation! It is not clear what the tiles do, apart from the one that let you jump. I was able to jump out of the arena and fall into the nothing xD
@cafebeef @rob6566 Thanks for pointing out the problems, I forgot about downgrading the graphics for the Html5 build. There is now an updated web version, which should cause fewer issues (I hope).
@gotanod Thank you! I thought about adding invisible walls, but forgot... in the updated version players should be properly trapped. The switching tiles have 3 modes: jump pad, health pickup and closed / nothing. The dotted blocks are just for decoration. I had plans for them, but no time to implement those.
Unfortunately this didn't run for me in the browser. Looks great from the screenshots though, clearly a game in there so well done from me :)
Worked fine in the browser for me on itch! Very fun fast fps, revolving weapons is a pretty standard concept but the revolving map made it infinitely cooler, and it felt very fluid when the world moved around me. Fun and a great first attempt at an fps!
Thanks @zirrrus - it's working for me in HTML5 now :). I liked it! Nice work implementing a fast paced FPS with a nice map and multiple weapons in that short time.
Nice.
Very nice artwork, and I like that you made the weapons quite different, event though the enemies are all the same. It probably could have done with one sturdier enemy type, but all-in-all very good work!
Pretty fun overall! It'll be better with sound!
I've been penetrated with violet THINGS.
nice job getting godot 3d to work! not too into fps, but seemed a little tutorial / generic, but shipping and working is always worth points to me!
Is there just this one level? I like Godot3 :)
Ran perfectly on itch for me, nicely designed! It took a bit to understand the different types of blocks, but they definitely forced and encoruaged me to keep moving. A little bit of sound would be nice, but i can definitely see these kinds of mechanics being used for a great fast paced fps!
Also ran perfectly for me. The map adjustments were so smooth I didn't notice it at first. With a few more enemy types this could become craaaazy hectic.
