Insanely good art! This reminds me of Don't Starve. Fantastic entry that you all should be proud of.

:sunglasses:
Fantastic art🤩 Love the style
nice concept and great art!
Really cool game! The graphics look fantastic and the game over sound cracked me up
I really like the aesthetics of the lighting and the enemies. Great job, there's a lot of stuff you packed into this!
Nice work! Enjoyed my playthrough - the beasts in the dark felt really threatening when they swarmed you!
Really impressive work! Feels like a full game and not just a protoype.
Also, I think Saruman would have been proud of me chopping all those trees. I mean, these are basically the same pictures: Chopchopchop.png
Really fun! After a few upgrades I thought it was feeling a little too easy, but as soon as I got the blaster I got overambitious and was overrun XD. You've got quite a satisfying gameplay loop here, great job!
I love the art style!!! Controls took a bit to get used too but overall a fun experience!!!
Chopping trees and making the zone as big as possible was very fun. Didn't really get much out of the reward the circuits gave, but had fun nonetheless. However, this feels veri tenuously connected to the theme.
Really nice intuitive gameplay and the RPG elements were a fun way to keep it interesting for longer. I liked the moody graphics, overall great entry.
My only critique is the shoving stat a little unnecessary, it is difficult to level up because to do so you have to intentionally get into harm's way which goes against the rest of the design of avoiding the scary creatures in the darkness.
Loved this game! I had to keep trying again until I finally won! The end of the game is very rewarding
I like the game, I like survival games in general but the upgrade system needs to be balance to not make it too easy 👍
What an atmosphere you created!
This really felt like a full game. Short, but full.
My only critique would probably be that having an action button so close to wasd is a bold move when both have to be used fairly frequently. I'm not dexterous enough to have that be an easy maneuver.
But for real though, wow. You DELIVERED.
Thank you.
WHAAAAAAT a GAAAAAME! Well done it's a masterpiece with deep gameplay, gorgeous graphs, inovatives ideas (grow up your fire is so rewarding... And the end...). Thanks for the faboulous time on this game.
Great game, it wasn't very long but it looks really good and feels polished. The main objective is fun and not being forced to quit once you collect all 4 pieces is a great plus (as an animal crossing enjoyer not chopping down every single tree before escaping was not an option :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: ) the shove ability was a bit useless though it saved me one or two times before I owned the forest but that's basically it. Anyway, good Job !
For anyone wondering about controls, here is the FULL set of controls, you CAN play with a lot of different controls:
Move: WASD / ARROWS / (GAMEPAD Digipad (Analog slightly broken in WEB-GL))
Interact -> E / SPACE / J / Numpad 1 / Z / MOUSE 1 / (A-Button Gamepad)
It should be possible to find a comfortable mix of controls with those options.
A great example how with the quite minimalistic tool create a good and game with a strong mood! Great entry guys!
Nice game! Had that just-one-more-go quality, although I never did find all the circuit boards. Well done!
Wow, beautiful graphics and lighting, really fun and challenging, with amazing mood too! Maybe it will be easier to see the player's surroundings if the range of player's light is wider.
Fun game! Also a lot of content going into this for a jam game, I didn't expect a whole level system in addition to the "survive and build your objective" gameplay. Nice work!
