Great work! But the online version is a bit laggy though. Maybe try the download version.

I really liked the music and sounds!
This is great! A very good variant of minesweeper. It might be the most stressful thing I have ever played.
A very nice looking and fun mines Sweep game. It will be better if you can expand the idea of 10s. Overall a good looking and awesome game.
Also, please check out our game!!! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/51/cat-wave-run Ty
Great job, and I think there are something time problem, It's a little hard to deal with minesweeper with limited time, there is a little tensioned when I was in the air attack area. But it's a good game, good concept, I like it.
@joshua-weggartner @rillep @coolgunxdd Thanks all for playing!
@coke Thanks for comment and glad you like the concept! Yeah, minesweeper will be hard in the second half of the game and the atmosphere becomes more stressful. I hope players not to focus only on sweeping mines, but also on planning the best route and collecting items lol. The difficulty curve still needs adjustment!
Great idea with realtime Minesweeper. Though I can't find mines as fast as required I just ran to destination with the last army :D
So I struggle with lots of text and skipped through the tutorial, then played and was like I have no idea what is going on, but I know minesweeper!
Then went back to read and was like OOOOOOH I move the army too!
I love this concept. Its super addictive and satisfying to find the big clear chunks.
Great entry!
Great spin on a classic, also the tension is really well communicated, loved it!
love the idea of doing a "real" Minesweeper ^^ just one note you might include in the tutorial how to play the original Minesweeper (for people like me who dont know^^"")
@karatoga @phillip-scott @juanrod707 Thanks for playing and comments!
@roroto-sic Thanks for your valuable advice! I will add the minesweeper rules into my tutorial soon :D
A nice variant to the classic minesweeper. Well done!
The mechanic is so innovative and there's so much tension. Love how you've presented the minesweeping in such a mind-blowing way
Nice variant of minesweeper. The 10s theme creates a new strategy of sweeping. I need to find a highly efficient road to next safe blocks. Well done!
Very interesting approach to the ten second idea. Very stressful! I feel having the expanding grid may have been overkill, but it was definitely challenging!
I did win eventually... but at what cost?
Only call-out from an engine perspective: Unity3D has specific sprite graphic settings to make them look crisper, specifically for pixel art. Try changing the filtering to 'point' filtering and turning off compression.
@neon-orbis @wizcas @shuimen Thanks for comments! Glad you like the new variant of minesweeping game :D
@davidsheadgames Thanks for playing and helpful suggestion on use of engine! I may improve the sprite graphics in a later version.
Its a very original twist on a classic game. I like it a lot :)
A very stressful version of minesweeper. I'm unfortunately not good enough at minesweeper to beat the game, but the time limit really does add a whole other dimension to the base concept. I liked the pickups you could find along the way, though I'd have liked some way to heal the sapper.
The inability to get further ahead of the enemy airstrikes were a bit disappointing, as no amount of good progress could buy me a whole lot of time; I was always stuck at a maximum. There were several instances where I just stood on the border of the screen and waited for the time to pass, which basically just delayed the core gameplay.
An interesting twist on ye old minesweeper.
Fun little game. Was able to beat it after a few tries. Died a few times because I wasn't paying attention when the board started to move, making me click on the wrong spot.
Very fun game and great innovation on the traditional mines game!
@jonrei @flying-dog-fish @crotonyl-alcohol Thanks for playing and glad you like it!
@jaco-van-hemert Thanks very much for your valuable comments!
Yes, in this version there is no way to heal the sapper. In previous versions, the sapper had even only 1 HP just like the traditional minesweeping game XD.
And you are right, it is disappointing when I get to the right border of the screen and cannot move on to further place. In a later version I may let the camera move with army. Then an ENDLESS MODE will also be possible: At first you could be far front of the air attack, but the bomb-area will be soon larger and the minesweeper will be more difficult. This mode could be really stressful :v:
@unpronounceable Thanks for playing! The current board moving do has some problems. I may let the camera move with your army in a later version.
Great work! Really innovating concept! I would love to be able to skip the time if i am at the end of the visible squares so there is no waiting for the timer to run out. Other than that it was a great game!
Very clever concept. It was stressful! What a clever way to combine minesweeper with a military bomb squad sense of urgency. The music is great, and fits very well with all the stress of the situation, though I ended muting it because it was too stressful. I think my high score is 22,450. I really like this minesweeper take. I wish there was an easier way for me to get out of those situations where it's a complete gamble. But I guess that's minesweeper and sometimes there's no choice. The art was very well done too. Thank you for the game!
The game was an excellent balance of tension for me. My sapper ran out of HP close to the end, but my army was full health, so I had to make some risky moves to get the end and made it with just 1 HP! The 10 second timer is about the perfect length for the complexity, pushing you forward and forcing you into risky moves. Very exciting!
One minor critique: I wish the HP of the sapper was a little more obvious (maybe floating near the cursor?). It wasn't very obvious when my sapper died, but also when they were close to death.
@trassh Thanks for playing and your helpful advise!
@ubershmekel Oh yeah, sometimes you must take a risk, like the true life! Glad you enjoy the game :D
@juxipolo I made some attempts to warn the players when their life is low, like the font color of "Sapper life" turns to red. But you are right, it is too far from the cursor, which player will focus on when playing. Something floating is a great idea! Maybe I can also use some sound effects.
Thanks for playing and comments!
I'm too slow for these games but fun to see a twist of the old minesweeper! :D
