I have a black screen. Seems like LD has issues with their embeded player, but Itch.io works good. You can try to publish in there either!

@mgnta Thank you. Try refreshing the page though, it seems to work for me. I don't understand why the link doesn't show on the page, but I have it on itch.io too: https://mateusboga.itch.io/gastronauts
It works on Itch.io! Funny, especially as I get enough money to buy anything from the default stock (maybe there are some hidden items, dunno) Never reached the other planet tho. Well done!
Really funny. Completed it easily but probably it was beginners luck
Interesting idea. :D I think I glitched into an asteroid and was not able to move anymore. And I'm also not entirely sure why ingredients can be found in space. ;)
Really great idea, and lots of humour (whose farts did you record? :P). The graphics are nice, and the gameplay is simple and intuitive. However, i never understood how to get more money to buy ingredients, and how get the things you pick up in space (i picked up many normal and alien ingredients, but they never appeared when i was cooking meals).
@kromeboy @mgnta Thanks everyone for playing and the feedback! :D
@grau That's a bug at the moment, sorry about that... And maybe that was the food from previous failed missions? Just a theory xD
@gamejmunk You can sell ingredients in the Shop from your inventory. You also need to return to earth if you want to keep the items you collected, otherwise you die in space and they are lost, donno if this was clear in the explanation, sorry!
Man if i could fart myself into the space :D
Fartastic job sir!
I'm not sure what the alien weeds do, but they got me to planet X so I guess things are good. I liked that you could change direction mid-fart, it allowed for much more efficient space-shopping runs.
A potential sequel could be fixing the space change caused by all the extra C02 released
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my stream!

Good luck on your ratings, see you next LD! :D

This was a surprise! As always, you're artwork is fantastic! I loved the variety in foods! I think some of them gave you too much money when sold though. I'm never gonna end up spending 500 moneys, let alone 1.2 thousand. I've been recording some playthroughs this LD, and I got a video for you to receive extra feedback from. Nice work!

@elysiagriffin @100th-coin Thank you both so much for your playthroughts, it's been a blast to see :D
@chrissx2 @lone-wolf Thank you for playing :)
I finally beat it after a while! I got 5160 with 1149 profit on my 13th try. I didn't realize I could sell stuff at first so it was much easier once I realized that. I would get stuck on asteroid sometimes (maybe they can just explode or break after you hit them the first time?). I think it was interesting to see what the different plants did, but in the end I'm not not sure the difference for each alien plant or so (I guess one is more spicy and one is more cheesy?) great sfx (haha), nice job!
Hi Mateus!
Nice to see you again with another project :D I didn't manage to collect a lot of stuff to eat, but starting beans with some cheese did the trick. Not sure the real space is working the way, but why not? :smile: Nice entry, dude!
Alright I know this game had a lot of silliness to it, but wtf there was actually a lot of innovation here. As an old Kongregate user, I've played every launch game under the sun. This is one of the biggest deviations I've ever seen, while still being super fun!
Instead of the usual earn $1000 then buy the next upgrade (which is fun, but pretty samey once you've seen it a million times), you have the concept of trading up. Using weaker resources to grab stronger resources on the outer rims. This is done via the organic method of simply having the better resources on the outside. This plays more to the risk reward elements of the game. Due to the fact that you have scarce resources, it pushes you to optimize your 10 bursts to make sure you set yourself up for success.
I'm shocked at how well all these elements worked together. Having more tiers of resources would highlight this mechanic even further, but I could already see how the flow of the game worked and was something I haven't quite seen before.
I won after collecting a couple moldy cheeses which seems to be one of the stronger items out there. This game was a serious surprise and I was tricked by it's unassuming nature lol.
the concept of this game is really funny, however i was not able to figure out how to get to the first checkpoint. Nice artwork! kudos.
Just completely amazing, I played this for waaaay to long. For some reason, the "how to play" as a photo of some notes really got me laughing. I can't stress enough how funny that game was. Please expand on this and just pack even more humor into this XD
I would have liked to get some more info for the ingredients, because I couldn't really figure it out myself, but I don't even care, I just loved it.
And I'm repeating myself :)
@aeveis @erlioniel @peachtreeoath @stonkystoges @fribolin Thank you all so much for your feedback! ^-^
Very funny entry xD. I think I found a bug where I got stuck inside a meteor and could not get out of it, but very great game
I had so much fun with this m8 I really liked the system, and spent some time exploring which foods would get me farthest. Would love to see the code to abuse it (since I decided after two successful trips to planet X that planet X is for pussies, and went on to explore the outer space)

Would love more content.
Great job!
nice game!
The concept is intuitive and fun, I like the risk reward of trying to get as much as you can before coming back. Trying to figure out what each ingredient makes by making weird recipes was fun too, even if I'm not sure I understood everything in the end haha. Also it took me a bit of time to understand that you could sell stuff at the shop!
Managed to get to the planet by Artemis 11 🧀
Thanks for the game and great job!
@kuro @doot @neeko69 Thank you all so much for playing!
@neeko69 Yea that's a bug I didn't have time to fix, sorry ^^;
