I really liked the character and enemy art in this, very cute. The different types of spells were unique and interesting.
I was a bit confused about what to do at first though so adding a tutorial or tool tips for the spells would've been really helpful.

Really cute art! Interesting interactions with the spells as well. I realized too late that building up my walls, and using fire afterwards was a really bad idea! I think it may have been easier for me to manage my spells by selecting them with the mouse? I had a little trouble managing my movement with WASD and using the number keys. Or, maybe you could try cycling through them with Q and E? I think you have a lot of good ideas here!

Fun game! I enjoy the tight space of play area and the 'protection' mechanic was a great idea (our team did something very similar XD ). The different spells really changed the way the game felt in my moment to moment goals. The visual art isn't necessarily incredible but it's better than most and the cleanliness of the designs make it very easy to understand what's going on, which is an achievement on its own. Audio design and implementation leave a little to be desired, but is better than average in my book. I know from personal experience audio stuff can be the hardest part and generally has to be one of the last things a person does, so great job on getting that stuff in there at all!
Overall, an enjoyable experience with good visual design choices that make the gameplay easy to understand, and a fun magic system that keeps the game loop from getting stale despite the short length of each run. Nailed the theme with style, great job!

Neat! I enjoyed playing through this one (:D)! I found the sounds a little bit annoying after a while, but other than that, I really liked it! :)
Really nice and cute game :) Reminds me a bit of slime rancher. The instruction screen at the start is very helpful. It makes it very clear what to do and what the controls are.
Fun idea. Good job!
I think the best part is that you can use your ability to lock chickens so they will be more and more and provide you some resources. I expect that character can grow since the dark chickens are really tough.

I would wish the coming of monsters could be more smooth. I was trying to build fence on the side (it's a little difficult to place on the side), and suddenly the monsters broke in from everywhere. I haven't got enough time to experience what the 4 spells could do.

It is a very cute game. Love the cover or menu art style. Wish the gameplay art was consistent. Also it was difficult to see the side fences. If the fences in an isometric view then this would not have been an issue. The game had good elements of balancing resources which help engage players to strategies.
I love the concept, plus the gameplay element where your fire spells are a double-edged sword - I just wish the spells had clearer effects? They seem far too wispy and not pyrotechnic enough. Selecting spells also feels like it should be mouse-driven; I have to take my fingers off the movement keys in order to switch spells.
Could I also suggest having the repair spell simply function as an AOE? Leave damaged fences in play, and have the spell restore them. (In fact, having AOE markers for spells indicated would be another useful gameplay improvement; it'd be easier to use spells if you could see precisely where they'll hit before you cast them!)
Interesting game, I think I spawned a log on myself and the game froze. Got to 22k, just fortifying like crazy seems to be an effective strat.
