I liked it and had fun, but it's very difficult
This game looks really cool, and I like that there's so much going on with the shop and upgrades, but right now its prohibitively difficult. I found it incredibly difficult to dig without getting hit and was unable to get much currency. Maybe if your currency increased passively the longer you survived, you could get enough upgrades to progress? It has a ton of potential though, great job!

Oh wow the art is super cute. I especially love the foggy forest. Serious props to the artist. The gameplay is fun and unique, while also being perfectly challenging. Great game all around!

Interesting gameplay concept. The difficulty spikes to quickly and the text is hard to read imho. Otherwise solid entry, Art and audio are also of high quality
It's beautiful, the music is nice and chilled out, and the movements have a nice fluidity to them. It is very difficult, especially when you get a really fast ghost. Great job overall

I played this for longer than most other games from the jam. The loop was fast, easy to learn, easy to improve on and the progression really fair.
I have a soft spot for graveyard themed games anyways, and digging graves to a Free Bird like song was really fun.
Graphics and sound effects are also very appropiate and well done, all contribute to the mood.
I like the visuals and sounds, they're great! A little difficult at the start but once you buy items it's pretty manageable.

This is super cute - I had fun with it! Some things need to be clearer in the instructions, though. It took me until after my first death to figure out that you automatically dig when standing near a grave, and that digging is how you earn currency (souls?). I also thought that each death was basically "game over", since you go back to the start menu. I stopped playing after maybe 8 deaths. I didn't realize until after quitting the game and rereading the instructions that "game over" only happens after 10 deaths. A life counter could be useful in the main menu so players don't miss their score.
Oh, and one minor thing: you can uncheck the "Fullscreen button" option on your itch.io page. That's for games that don't have their own built-in fullscreen button. Unity automatically adds a fullscreen button to web games, so right now, your game has two fullscreen buttons on top of each other at the bottom-right of the game: the Unity button (in blue, with two arrows) and the itch.io button (transparent, with 4 arrows). Only the Unity button works correctly for your game, but right now, you have to click in the thin area outside the itch.io button to reach the Unity button.
This game is cute! Nice music and funny sound effect! But it's a little bit difficult to play. Just an idea, I think it would give the game more replay fun if it wasn't game over after 10 deaths.
More ghost-hell when bullet-hell :laughing: I like here is no shooting. Audio and art style is cute. Game is difficult without practice.
It didn't quite click with me at first what I was meant to do, but once I got it, I was hooked. Something about the need to dodge attacks contrasted with the incentive to stand still and prioritize certain targets, I love that core loop. I figure it might be a little easier to pick up though if there was something more to differentiate the ghosts besides their behaviour, and maybe more feedback on the damage dealt; it took me a while to realize how effective it was to dig while moving. Great entry, best of luck!
Great entry! The art, music and sound effects were amazing. Especially the Voice over :P The game itself however is verrry difficult. I was unable to spawn a decoy so perhaps that was the issue. Every death i only managed to dig one or two graves, the ghosts are just too damn fast :(
Great little and am always a fan of games with pixel art graphics so I had to try it out. The gameplay was very difficult and found going into the later games that I struggled to really even survive for any amount of time so couldnt even get any upgrades. I was struggling with digging up what I could before eventually being hit and if I saw a lantern spawn I immediately knew I would die since they are so fast that I cant even dodge or get to it before dying. Overall though I think with some balance changes it could be even better.
