Using A and D to move while using E and Q to grab and drop boxes was ruining the fun for me. Switching to the left and right arrows gave me more control. Grabbing a box seemed to give me more boxes which I guess was to make the game a little easier? I also enjoyed the art, I thought it was fine :)

Well done mate, you achieved your goal and also experimented with programmer art and sound - a staple of Ludum Dare! I was glad to see this come together. Can't wait for the next one!
Pretty good it was a bit confusing with the picking up and dropping crates but overall pretty fun.

Pretty innovative and fun, the only thing that I didn't like was the sound track, the graphics can be better as well but for now it's fine. Overall I enjoyed this game very much, Nice work :D

Nice work! I like the central seesaw mechanic. My biggest piece of feedback is that there isn't really much to do in the "endgame"--once you survive the initial part, it actually gets easier because of all the boxes (at least until too many boxes pile up on one side and you're auto-dead). A fun idea, though, and the music was fun too!

Made it 125 seconds! I liked the extra chaos of not knowing exactly where you would drop the boxes, great job!

Nice entry!
The premise was really neat, and was a great take on the theme. As the game progresses, it becomes harder and harder to keep the platform stable.
At times it felt like the platform moved unpredictably, and suddenly I'd have to move my entire character with five boxes to the opposite side of the lever to stop it from tilting (even though only 2 or 3 boxes had fallen). I'm not sure if there was some hidden information that threw me off (like different boxes having different weight) or if you're approximating the lever physics for the sake of making it work as a game.
The art and sound are simple but get the point across. I appreciate that you designed the background to have a very prominent horizon since it makes it easier to tell if you're slightly tilted.
Great work for having only a month of experience in your engine, and hope you come back again for LD50!

Really nice game for a first-timer, good job! Little mechanics like collecting spare parts for movement speed or altering Tipsy's weight by carrying more/less boxes feels very good. Although it's harder to spot individual boxes as timer goes up, I'd love to see a tiny variation in box types; lighter or heavier boxes with different sizes would make it look cooler and feel more alive. Very nice entry overall!

Amazing job learning Game Dev and participating in a game jam only after ONE MONTH!!!! I’m amazed.
I am impressed with what you were able to achieve in such a short time of study. Although I didn't go that route, I think participating in game jams is a great way to improve as a developer. Pretty cool game by the way

Nifty little game. I was somehow able to pick up several boxes at the same time making it hard to rebalance the see-saw on the fly.
The game seems to be pretty solid. Art and audio are well done and matching fine the style. I would say the theme is fully met.
I know how important feedback is and I really would like to give some ideas about what could be improved. But as mentioned: the game looks solid to me. Which means that you also did a good job on planning. Because to me the game looks finished.
Of course one can always improve visuals or so. Ok - here I would have an idea: you could play around with particle effects which happen when the player collects machine parts.
So overall really good job!

I've got old school vibes while playing this game. Nice and easy mechanics to understand the game. Nice one!

This is harder than it looks! Had fun playing, and really like the retro feel of the graphics and, happily, the music did not annoy me. Great first try!
Maybe add the instructions into the game and not only the description since many people don't read it and then don't know how to play
This is actually a very nice and challenging game. Maybe it can be improved into a bigger, more complex game. Why not use cursor up/down instead of Q/E, which would more intuitive. At some point, you always pick up 5 boxes at the same time because it's so crowded with boxes. I would say, make sure you pick up only one at a time.
