Really cool game, though not always sure exactly how to achieve my aims. Really good art, nice work overall.

Wow, the mood in this game is incredible. Props for the excellent sound, graphics and usage of the theme. First jam game I ever seen that uses politics like this. Cheers!
AH what? I can't believe pardoning president HundredCoins wasn't the move to make! I love the grumbling from the TV. Both the artwork and audio are excellent! The final cutscene that plays on election day is at like, 2% opacity, and It was incredibly hard to read. I don't know if it's just on my end, but I wasn't entirely able to read the text from the final cutscene. All in all, it's a great work of political satire, nice job!
@100th-coin how's jail treating you, mr. president? yep, was a transparency issue, should be all sorted out now... thanks for playing!
Maybe I have to be american to understand what's going on xD Picking only good things didn't work, picking only bad things didn't work, picking random things didn't work, picking only stupid things didn't work, picking every card that pops up didn't work. People are always angry and I never pass the election xD Still gave it quite a good rating because the mood is very nice, clicking things worked quite well and it's a very unique entry.
I still wonder what communismn is connected to ... "Commis" are russians at that time, right? So a country you were in cold war with? Being pro communisum should be a bad thing all the time, but on the other hand, being anti communism is more like pro-war, so More Guns! and all that stuff.
Yea, I thought about it, gave it quite a few tries, but can't figure out how those topics have anything to do with each other.
I beat it? I would have liked more options to choose from, and know which one of my laws passed and which ones didn't. It would be interesting if there were different endings if you won the election (im not if there is or isn't). I liked the voice acting of "TV saying something indiscernible," but it did get a bit repetitive. Keep up the good work!
This was as hilarious as it was confusing :D
I saw two main problems with the gameplay:
First, guidance. I didn't really understand the consequences of anything I was doing. During the first day I was trying to play it safe and only do popular things like lowering the taxes, but none of the bills passed because people thought they were inferior. On the second day I tried raising taxes, but the results were the same. On the third day one bill did pass, but I didn't know which one. So I'm not exactly sure what the people want from me or what I want or what anyone wants. The politics are unstable in the sense that you have to somehow please everyone while getting what you want, but here it's seemingly just random.
The second problem is timing: the options are too slow to appear, and too few. So at first I made an effort to pick and choose the points I thought were important, but because of problem #1 my behavior eventually deteriorated to “just throw everything onto the bill to make as many as possible and hope that *anything* happens”, and there was nothing but blind drag-n-dropping after that. So did anything happen? Up to me, I suppose :)
That said, the mood, music, art, characters and that delightful voice acting are out of this world!
First time i've played a game like this and it was a lot of fun! Superb job on the graphics and sound effects. Gameplay was simple and intuitive, I think I would have liked some sort of instant feedback about a bill's popularity to help future decisions. Overall I think this is a great entry, well done!
Really like the mood! But I would love to have more feedbacks about my choices.
You win? Up to you) I like the topic and style. Maybe I didn't get enough respond from bills but I wanna continue to play "dirty" politics games.
Interesting game! I really liked the art and the music, and I think it is a good concept. I had trouble figuring out what the people wanted though, they kept not supporting the bills no matter what I chose. The little sound effects from the tv are a great touch. Good job!
I like music, visuals and the story. I don't really understand the gameplay idea, but I had fun making weird bills.
Very interesting concept and I love the art style, though I had real difficulty hearing anything except the occasional socialism from the TV broadcasts. A little more clarity would help a lot as it left me clueless with what I was doing for quite a while. Despite this it was still a funny and very unique take on the theme, so great job!
Love the presentation, particularly the voiceovers haha. Gameplay was interesting, if a bit confusing as others have said. A clearer indication on what my voters wanted would be nice. Overall though, well done!
