super fun
Great character animation!
diggyDiggyHole.Zip got me at first that's a great name.... < I typed that before I beat the game .. wow that was creepy I loved it. ahh gave me chills
I would suggest including some screenshots. I'm sure a lot of people like to have a bit of an idea of what they're getting into before they play something, especially if it requires a download!
very cool game! satisfying and snappy controls sound effects also suit the game also thaaanks for the checkpoints or it would have been a lot harder  no more than meat what do you mean by that though?
I played it to the end, because I loved the mechanic for breaking the rocks. It was somehow really satisfying. But the falling spikes were frustrating for me, because I couldn't dodge them whatsoever. If you expand a bit on the digging, it would be a very satisfying game. Thanks
The camera feels weird, maybe try to follow the character instead of moving it so abruptly. Some background noice could really add to the ambiance of the game. The animations and art were great though, good job !
Nice character art. I like how you can do a jump/dig/jump combo. What made you think of the mouth?
The character looks really great, too bad that the remaining of the art isn't as good as this one
it looks like you spend a lot of time on animating the character and had to rush the other art
Neat little minerplatformer - the action was pretty straightforward but doable. Had to do some jump-mining to get around things. Almost got stuck on the three drop-stalactites in a row, no idea how to not get hit by those. Got to the end - "No more than meat"?
Thank you very much for the kind comments, everyone! In all likelihood, we're going to be refining this a lot relatively soon, a lot was left on the cutting room floor, and level design was very much a last minute rush job, so we're looking to improve those aspects specifically. Your feedback's been very helpful.
Ooh, I loved that little extra-jump that you get after you breaking a rock; feels like a game mechanic that you unintentionally stumble upon but then could make a whole game out of it. I guess there are 2 places now where it comes into place? Anyway, I'd definitely expand on that.
Other than that, as others have said - yep, falling stalactites are super-hard and character animation is great.
Diggy Diggy Hole is an incredible name you should rename it.
Controls are too snappy for my liking. A little bit of physics would have made the game have a better feel. The falling objects fell way too fast. When falling the camera was way too high so I would fall on spikes without any warning. Perhaps this was the intent but it just led to frustration instead of fun. I definitely appreciate the animation work though. Good job there!
Loved the art style, the image of the character was the reason I tried this out (Midriff <3). No more than meat, huh? Apt.
Falling spikes were just impossible to pass. I like the name and the animation!
That was cool! Nice char design and animations, digging flesh has a nice squishy sound. Pretty classic platforming but solid experience overall. Glad there was infinite lives cause not sure how I was to figure out where spikes were after those big jumps where you cant see the ground. The game ending sentence will forever puzzle me.
This game sometimes may be pretty hard!
Smooth and clean character animations, falling spikes were difficult to get by and the jump, drip sound effects weren't consistently playing and not being able to see what you're falling towards is a bit unfair. But overall the game has a nice art style, the sound effects were fun and was a good experience.
