Unfortunately, after your game, I did not get rid of addiction :D Mmm the alluring sound of coins
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD48 → not a gaem

Man, why not allow us to control the tiny "mario"?
Indeed, it makes me feel good!
I think I'm more addicted than ever...
Zero gameplay, satisfying sound effects. 10/10
Idle coin collector game :D but i am still addicted to videogames :joy:
Sadly it did not cure me, maybe I need to play it more
Jokes on you, you can jump while right on the edge to never go deeper making the challenge of staying on your current floor have a smidge of gameplay.
Tiny doses of satisfaction. You follow the little guy as he journeys through a pipe full of coins. That's all though and I feel it could be a lot more..
Ahh, sweet, sweet dopamine... ;)
I actually scored you quite high on humor for this!!! Mysteriously, SPACE, C, E and SHIFT all made the player jump... I found that part of the fun was exploring my keyboard to discover this! I have it in mind that I should suggest other game mechanics, but alas, as you state, it is not a game. Although, I will confess that I don't know the subtle differences between a game and a gaem. I think there's a realm of surrealist games out there waiting to happen. Perhaps you are game Magritte... Ceci n'est pas une game. I will view and rate anyone's game who gets that reference. Just ping me here!
@tim77 Nice discovery, though you missed one button. ENTER also works. These are the "Action" button in my engine's default bindings. Thanks for playing anyway!
The fact that this is still fun just goes to show how much of a difference good sound design makes. Good (not)game!
like a strange psychological experiment or art for the post video game generation. I found it hard to turn away and stop the collecting even though I knew there was no reason to stay. Interesting.
This is really great haha. I love to find such experiments in a game jam, good job and thanks for the game!
