Amazing! An incredible adventure that allows you to keep exploring deeper and deeper. Loved the art, music, gameplay and the overall feeling throughout the game.

Impressive work done in less than 72 hours. Hoping to see more of these guys in the future!

This is the best looking game I have played so far, fantastic job and the music adds to the mood so much. Great job!

The atmosphere is great! The art and audio all works together quite nicely :)

Wow, the game looks and sounds really cool! Also nice control of the character. However, it would be great if there was a tutorial in the game, and you didn't have to scroll through the description of the game from time to time when you forget the buttons. But still I really enjoyed playing it :)

Really nice ambience. Art + sound were great. Gameplay was just a little off for me. It would be nice if the harpoons were a bit more "punchy" somehow. They felt a bit underpowered tbh. Reequipping was slow enough that I felt more inclined to just blowtorch everything instead. Played until I got to a seemingly unbreakable lump? Screenshot: Capture.PNG

Very cool job in 3 days! The music is very atmospheric and helps to immerse yourself in the game. The graphics are also great. It was not entirely clear to me whether I had crafted the item, since nothing happens after pressing the button (there is no sound or pointer). Also, I was unable to drill the large panel at the bottom. I drilled it for about 3 minutes, but it still didn't break, so I gave up. Good job anyway.

Man how i liked the color pallette (it's not like I also did in my game). Is like a 2D Subnautica made in a jam! Liked a lot of the game, my only nuisance was the UI of the shop and the fact that you need to go next to surface to buy this things. Also it didnt seem clear what I needed to buy O2 and harpoons. But hey, thats a jam game, really liked the game.

OBS: I dont know why but i didnt could break the thick anemone tilemap on the 3ยบ scene

The atmosphere and mood of this game is great! Loved the exploration. I'll mention that the harpoon gun seemed kind of pointless; the ammo used up valuable inventory space, and the blowtorch did the job fine. Also, some kind of indication in the shop that something has been purchased would have been useful. Still not sure if I managed to buy the oxygen upgrade or not.

Hey everyone! Thanks for your comments & feedback! Just to clear a few things up:

@wheybags We sadly could not finish the ending sequence we wanted, and as such we had to last-minute block the player from going out of bounds.

@jaco-van-hemert The shop was another thing that didn't have enough time in the oven. It was supposed to have many more upgrades (that were meant to stagger progression a bit) that were actually programmed but didn't make into the interface, so we also had to last-minute scrap them. The harpoon was meant to deal much more damage, while the blowtorch much less as well.

@neshtyak A tutorial would have been nice, wouldnt it?

Overall, I think we made it through 80% of the features we wanted, but those 20% ended up being vital for the progression/pacing we had planned for our game. We still had a bunch of fun and learned a lot.

This was very well done! The music is so nice and the overall atmosphere of the game is great. It took me a while to figure out that I had to use the mouse as well, maybe you should add that into the description.

The general split of resources is nice and the way you upgrade items also works, the UI could obviously use some work, but you know that. What I think could have been nice if you would have put at least one of the little pearl thingys on the first level, so players know what they look like. Because I was confused if I was missing something.

Other than those minor complaints this is one hell of a jam game! Really well done!

Really nice job on the art and mood! I liked the little details like the light on the mouse in the main menu and the schools of fish that swim away from you. I didn't like have to drag items into my inventory, it would be nice if you just automatically picked things up when you move over it or purchase it in the shop. It would also be nice if the resources had a little more descriptive names; I wasn't sure what cp, sc, and fb meant.
