It's a really well made game Efmi! Too bad I can't rate it cuz I didn't submit a game... but hey, I really liked the mechanic and theme, it would be cool if you saw the road when treating the patient, so you know when to switch lanes and stuff, cuz now you got hit randomly... I also didn't really have a tactic for picking up items, I just picked up as many items as I could, use them all on the patient and do it all over, but eh LD is a short jam so I don't mind those small things! All the art and music was really cool so yeah, well done! ^^
Gameplay was pretty easy to understand and the really like the artstyle. Your tutorial read well and i enjoyed reading your credits section!

Fun game idea. I had fun. This game really needs more sound effects, (but you probably knew that). Just think of what a catching soundtrack and good ambient sounds could have done to this game. Really nice submission!

I enjoy the little storytelling via the clipboard writings, it really sets the stage for the game. Once I understood the mechanics it was a lot of fun.

This is a lot of fun, just needs a little more in the audio department. I really hope you decide to expand it after the jam.
It's quite well made! Some soundtrack could be really nice like @attala suggest. It's quite difficult at first to understand what to do, but you tutorial really helps. I haven't encounter any bugs so that's nice.
And... who the hell put hand grenade on a road?
Well put together! enjoy the duel management aspect and the intro screen was a nice touch with the clip board. good work :)
It's a nice take on the theme and I eventually managed to get a patient to the hospital alive woo! Impressed with the menu, liked being able to adjust the sound and enjoyed reading the credits :D Nice work guys!

Excellent work! I saved the patient! I think the balancing changes you made really made your most interesting mechanic stand out like it should: The patient management. With how the drops appeared it became more feasible to jump back and forth between the patient and the driver's seat. Good job.

@gstein We've been thinking of maybe continuing working on the game after ludum dare and perhaps releasing on mobile. But nothing is really set on stone yet.

Cooool game!
I hope I never have to go in this ambulance^^. Sadly it's not unrealistic these days. Good game and strong message ! (Don't throw your grenades on the road) Driving felt good (I'd make the items hitbox bigger), the other part I could only use the down-left item in my play (bug ?).

@neuronezero That's not a bug. You need to move closer to the items with the Paramedic if you want to use them. We should have made that clearer.
Some mechanics are hard to get on first play (getting out of the seats and going near the items to use them) but the idea is well executed and I found myself restarting the game more than once to save this patient because of freacking grenades... :D I would maybe add a highscore or something to have a positive feedback when you win the game and make you want to play more. Well done !

I like the "drive" mode, but all time I change to medic I crash (I usually can t to 2 things same time). Besides that I like drive fast in the traffic. Congrats!

Nice work! I like the idea of having to get out of the driver's seat to help the patient while also driving. The messages at the beginning did a good job of setting the game up, and I like the art style. In the future it might be good to have some sort of music though.
