Really enjoyed the game! A fun rhythm game that would be great on a platform like mobile. One issue I found was that when learning the long note in the tutorial, the game froze. No matter though, a restart fixed it. Good job!
Really fun!
I think it would work better if the directional notes used the keyboard to indicate direction though, I had trouble moving the mouse quick enough.

The concept is amazing :D

The game was pretty fun, though I feel like the "New Hero In Town" song is slightly off beat. This also felt less about keeping something alive as it was about killing something.
The concept really is something interesting. As much as I enjoy the idea the execution feels a bit weird to me. I also would've preferred if you used the keyboard for directional notes instead of mouse movement but the game is cute and charming in it's own right.

What a cute game! I was having some trouble figuring out when to click vs release for the directional notes, but there definitely is a rhythm to it that was more intuitive than I expected. I think it would be nice to have a little more audiovisual feedback when you hit the correct note. Especially on the first song it was hard to tell which notes I was supposed to be playing along with.

Cool game! Never would have thought to do a rhythm game for this theme but it worked! I really like the graphic style. I wasn't a fan of the directional clicks, I struggled a lot with those. It's cool you added 3 songs for varying difficulty levels, that was a cool touch. Solid entry, great job!

Using the mouse made this much much harder than it needed to be, but I'm sure it was trying to be innovative, which it was :)
Fun-ness? Yes, but less so because of the mouse input concerns. it was just too much for my hands haha.

Loved this game! (and thanks for reviewing mine ) Definitely one of my favorites so far. That last song is brutal but after 3-4 attempts I beat it! Music is great and so are the graphics, my only suggestion is to allow the player to use a key like "z" or "x" to hit the beats. Clicking AND moving the mouse on those directional beats is really difficult. Overall, great entry!
Really interesting way to use the mouse for a rhythm game, although I do think that having key inputs would have been just better I really like the directional notes for the mouse.

I love rhythm games so it's great to see them in LD. Pretty fun gameplay, though as others have said the "click+move" action is a bit awkward to do rhythmically in this context. Also it was a bit weird that there are different lanes for notes even though there's only one action (ie, a note being in a different lane has no real effect on gameplay), but I suppose it makes things a little more readable in some ways. The charts were pretty well designed, though in the 3rd song it was hard to tell if all of the notes lined up with what they were intended to be. A bit more difficult than I expected starting out but I was still able to pass all 3 songs. Pretty fun experience overall, nice work.
