graphics look amazing
The game is nice. Good idea, nice mechanics. I liked playing it. Only one thing that bothered me was that I could aim at the enemies and shoot well, so I kept running away from them. But I still like how it feels with the rotating mechanic. Good job overall :muscle: Also remember that you have to rate other people's game to get your own rate by others :p
I do love the pixel art graphics. I don't often see games that remind me of Asteroids that use pixel art in this manner. good job! The sound fx and music fit the 80's arcade style, but not soothing to my ears. The controls are appropriate to the genre too.
This is great! Nice art style and theme!
I really liked it. The graphics, music and concept were all fantastic. The controls were kinda funny though.
I like the concept of mining asteroids in an asteroid-style game. I thought that it was a little odd that we were giving resources to the sun, which did no damage to us, while other living beings were trying to attack the player character. The dynamics there seemed a little confusing. I liked the graphics and animation, and I appreciated the simple controls and tutorial. I think the game could have used a bit more finesse in the balance, as enemy ships seemed to take a few hits (shooting accurately was difficult in motion) and would inevitably converge on the player position in a sort of firing range that couldn't be avoided. Simpler / complete-able objectives would have been really appreciated, as I don't know if this format lends itself to an infinite mode. At least, I think it was infinite? In any case, thanks for the game:) I had fun with the time I put into it.
Overall love the game! The giant world space is a lot of fun to play in, and drifting along side the planets feels so satisfying! The enemies felt a little difficult at times and were really hard to defeat.
The game was a little hard, and finding the meteors that you can see on the minimap is almost impossible. I also wasn't able to find any powerups, and kept dying because all the enemies would end up swarming in one location. That being said, it's fun.
So the game is quite difficult, I'm surprised so few haven't mentioned that. I couldn't find any powerups after three playthroughs, tho I am bad at dodging attacks. Perhaps you as the creator(s) were better at dodging than I (us). Perhaps the game should have had less spawns at first and gradually sped up over time? It felt pretty much: 0...0...1....5.5.5.5.5.5.5.5.5 (enemies to kill)
Difficulty aside, I enjoy the mechanics and the mining and sun and the fact that the planets rotate around the sun and they explode when mined too much. Lots of details in places I didn't expect so that was cool.
Graphics: A Music: too quiet, haha, but fitting.
Thanks for a fun play! P.s. it runs just fine on Windows 7.
Cool game!
The enemy spaceships are quite overpowered which makes it hard to gather resources.
I like the graphics and how the planets have little moons orbiting them.
