Great Job! This could be developed into something very cool I bet.

This made me think about what a great mobile app this could make. Kind of makes me feel in the style of polybridge. Keep it up and expand upon this idea :D

Interesting game, there were some other people playing so you saw some strategies forming by working together to create boxes. Very innovative!

Blue ball machine comes to life! I like the simplicity of it. Wait, now that I read the comments I see that those gray balls were... OTHER PEOPLE??? WOW, that's amazing! Review updated!!! Turns out I should have read the description hahaha

Really cool idea. I like how just a simple game can have some strategy and teamwork involved. I see lots of potential if you keep working!

Very interesting concept. The multiplayer was an interesting feature that's rare to see in LD submissions. It could have used some audio, and some kind of score system to make it feel more like a game (aswell as a way to respawn without reloading)

Cool to see a multiplayer game on LD. Could use a bit more polishing, but good job.

karenfarah 2020-04-23 02:15

Pretty cool idea, wish there were people playing while I was! Really liked it : )

sky-fighter 2020-04-24 13:42

Really cool idea. Too bad no one was playing when I was, so I couldn't get the full experience. I could imagine this being a fairly fun .io game in the future

I wish there were more players in the lobby. It would have been a great experience. Great Job

Nice idea, like the game. Though it is not that responsive. But still nice game. It has the great potential to become a awesome mobile game.

Hi. Only realized it was a multiplayer game after I played it and read the description. Like you said, it needs polish, but it still was fun to play as it is. I find multiplayer always so daunting to approach, so, congrats on making one(and in two days!!)! Have a good day!

Nice !

karas 2020-05-04 09:43

Nice entry. Maybe a score would have hook me more into the game ! It would have been fun to have a second player while i was playing. Nice one !

A fun little game! Just sad to not see people in the game at the same time as me. Could be a really good game if more time was put in to it!

marcusnystrand 2020-05-08 07:49

This will definitely be super fun if you keep developing it. Score tracker, time keeping, power ups and so on. I don't know really but I think you have proven the core concept is fun!!

Well done!

I you open the page in two browsers at once, you can combine them to trap the ball in a triangle that seems to hold indefinitely. Maybe the lines should have durability?

Game had an issue in Edge - it sometimes treated dragging like dragging an image, which prevented lines from being placed. It wasn't very consistent. Looks like I'm still running EdgeHTML, so maybe this is a problem that solves itself?

I didn't read the description very closely, and so I didn't realize it was multiplayer until I switched to chrome and was confused why that version had familiar-looking lines already in place :) Very cool to see multiplayer in an LD game

Nice idea. Could do with something to make it work even if there isn't anyone else online. Also having the balls start in different places and directions could make it more fun.

Ah, great to see other networked games in an LD! And props for making it work as as a single player too - that's what I always try with my networked LD games too, because who knows how many people will be online.

I have to admit though that I'm not sure how well your mechanics lend itself to multiplayer gameplay. I can see how multiple people could play cooperatively (or try to kill each other), but I don't think it would be particularely *interesting*. (I hope you understand what I mean. It's a bit hard to put into words. And... I hope it's not too harsh.)

However, I think the *concept* of cooperatively adding things to a world is a great base on which you could build something really nice!
