Loved the idea!!! But its really too complicated for me to understand. The graphics, sound, gameplay everything was awesome!!

Interesting game. I like the concept with the red blood cells and all that. I played it for longer than many other games made for LD46 :) What made me stop was that the play area felt like it had no boundaries, and there were so few nucleotides so I felt like I was looking for a needle in a haystack. That said, I really think this game deserves to be expanded on.

Fun game, very few jam games usually keep me around til the end but this was a nice change of pace!

The art was clean and consistent, the gameplay was unique, although the connection to the theme was a bit lacking as there were no real threats aside from you just getting stuck without red blood cells comming to save you.

I would love to see some kind of viral threat you have to combat against as you begin to explore around, as well as speeding up the process as for the first 5 minutes I was stuck waiting for proteans to load which isn't very fun.

Overall, good foundation, but needs some more content as well as some form of threat.

also some way of locating the nucleotides for a cost would be great, or at least some reward for exploring.

The first 10 minutes of playing this game made me think it was my favorite game I've played so far this jam, though the gameplay became predictably monotonous after that. I'm sure you would have added enemies and more cell types if you had more time, and that would make this game so great.

I love the game mechanic of the red blood cells acting as sorts of workers, like in typical Blizzard RTS(Starcraft, warcraft). Except instead of delivering gold on their route, they deliver the actual ability to move at all. That's a very interesting mechanic. I'd like to see that mechanic expanded on in a real time strategy game where you control an army rather than one stem cell. That could be super cool.

Great game! GJ!

This was a lot of fun to play. Graphics and sound were simple, but solid. Controls were easy to understand. Not too challenging, but fun, low stress, and enjoyable. I could see this being a solid base for a much bigger game :)

Really enjoyed playing this game. Great compo entry. A little more variety in the music would have been good plus a few sound effects but very polished overall! Thanks for making such a cool entry!

I actually really like this idea. It was kind of confusing at first because it's a little abstract, but it makes sense once you get going. It's kind of like a dungeon crawler and base management game combined. I think getting proteins was a bit of a slow process before you got your liver production up and running, so maybe some free-floating proteins in the darkness could help that a bit. Obviously there are a lot of directions you could take a game like this, adding more cell types and maybe some obstacles or enemies, and defense cells. Lots of possibilities, thinking about it really gets my brain juices flowing! Nice work!

Great idea ! I had fun playing it. I want to see it as a full game !

I did it, I did an evolve!

I like this game, it's like a biology-themed-TransportTycoon or something. The music was really nice and atmospheric, even though the track was a bit repetitiv. But I liked the idea with building multiple cells and needing to decide, where the cells would be most beneficial for you.

In the end I thought it was a bit tedious, but the concept kept me going. I would love to see what can be made by building on it.

Awesome!
