Hey! that was pretty interesting, some things were not quite clear though, I was a bit confused why my rocket launcher dissapeard after I upgraded to that double pistol thingy, also sometimes I shot a bird quite a few times but it wouldn't die and continued on damaging Bob. Great job on your first game keep on going!

the basic mechanic is good, but the sounds and arts could be polished, with animations and some particles.
Your game is cool and for a first Game Jam it's really not bad!
I quite liked the uniqueness of the sound! Funny concept for the game - birds with swords! Save Bob!

I saw that this was the first time you participated in the ludum dare and I have got to say that it is pretty good. It was I was kinda confused when one of the things I bought disappeared when I bought the the next upgrade but was a minor thing since the birds could be managed even without the upgrades. Overal pretty fun game and I hope to see you in the next Ludum!

You had me playing from beginning until I tried out everything, If I can't call that a good job then I don't know.
I saved up for the grenade on my first run only to find out I can't buy it right away. Try to signal to the player that those are upgrades and need to be bought in order. Other than that it's fun to slowly build an army behind oneself  I'd also suggest mixing the sound effects a little quieter. I had some slight performance problems when there were many birds on the screen but I think that's just the python game engine
Everyone knows that birds are dangerous... but birds with knives?! Now that's a whole new level of danger.
Jokes aside, this was a fun clicker game that got me to eco my way all the way up to second tier guns for all four slots and eventually the grenade at the end.
One feature that I think should be added to improve the gameplay would be the ability to move the purchased auto-guns to different slots; or at least place them from bottom-to-top instead of vice-versa.
All-in-all, I give this game two birds, three knives, and five guns out of one Bob!
Good job on your first game jam! The only critiques I have with the game are that the instructions on how to use the upgraded items weren't clear and shooting the birds were sometimes glitchy as some of them wouldn't die, no matter how many bullets flew into their faces.
Other than that, I had fun playing it! I'm sorry to say that Bob died though, so I very much disappointed you :(
Fun game! I found it intuitive (however, I though buying guns meant you got the gun, but using them like a tower defence was quite a good idea from you). Good gameplay overall, and it kept me engaged. Some improvements could be polishing, graphics, and some player feedback like screenshake, or the birds spiralling (and shrinking) downwards once they are hit (just some ideas). Please sign up for the humor category as this game would get some nice stars there from me! Overall, good entry, well done! Keep it up!

Killer birds!!!. Cool looking game. Very easy to understand how to play it. Nice work!
Congrats on your first jam! The game made sense and felt fair. I'd say the thing you need to work on the most is game-feel. That's stuff like particle effects and screen shake when a bullet hits an enemy. Good job.
I let you down bob. I disappointed you :(
Congrats on your first game, all the elements are there, and it's a nice core loop that's satisfying to play!
