The gameplay didn't make too much sense to me, but it was very beautiful and your UI felt great.

Nice entry for the first game jam, I had problem shooting stuff I was aiming at, one tip, in unity use input axis horizontal and vertical for input, that way by default you will be able to use both arrows and WSAD (which is more natural). I like the art, and I love the sound you recorded, especially the shooting, this is a mark of a compo game ;D
Hey, nice mechanics, simply but felt solid. Goofy menus taunting me into taking on thehardest diffiuclty. muah hahahahahaha of course. of course. The glitches sure changed up the pace too. :-)
Great game, especially for a first jam! I love the theme of bugs and glitches :)
I thought the controls felt very smooth and natural, the player felt really good to control.
The animations were also very clean, the player animation matched up really well with the movement. The fire animation is also super lit (haha get it? xD)
One thing I think could use more work is the gameplay itself - I think this type of game lends itself to more endless or wave based gameplay instead of just a level with certain amounts of enemies. Perhaps that is something worth trying out?
Overall I thought it was really well made, great work!
Thanks for the suggestions guys. I will improve it..:-D
Grats on finishing your first game jam! What I especially liked about this game was the fluid animations, the way the player bobbed, the menu moved, and so on.
I was able to walk off the end of the screen and disappear, and for a while I thought this game would have 'wraparound' movement. The core gameplay works and the enemies look great, having more ways to vary the gameplay in later levels I think would be great post-LD work!
Gameplay feels smooth. Nice art. Could be some more levels.
Nice entry. The graphics are good, but the animations make them look really great. Movement seems fluid enough to make this work nicely. ;)
One suggestion - when you're spawning things on the map (whether it is the hope tokens or the enemies), try not to spawn them at the player's current location. A couple of times a glitch spawned right where I was standing and I couldn't evade it. Also, the hope tokens sometimes spawn right on the edge of the screen, so only half of them is visible in the arena. Not really a big issue, but it looks a bit weird.
One bug I found - the game ends when the last enemy is spawned, you don't have to defeat it. ;)
Thanks for pointing out that bug. I'll fix it...:-)
Simple but fun. Good polish. The quit option feels out of place for a web game und could also mean menu. Didn't get the hope mechanic as i lost the games to the 'glitches' as soon as they touched the fire for the first timet.
@malai, I didn't have time to implement that for this jam. However, I will do it in the future
to easily, looks good.. good luck!
Controls felt great! Loved the effects too when killing enemies.
funny graophics, good job
A nice little game!
The graphics are amazing! The music is good!
Maybe it'd had been better to do more with this idea of protecting the game from bugs (like for example, when a bug touches the fire instead of losing instantaneously the game would have some "bugs" and "glitches", like the control being reversed etc.)
Overall, fun game, I had a nice time!

@sheinxy I also saw your game. It had awesome graphics.
Pretty good game, I think you should allow the player to make up for at least 1 bug reaching the fire like Sheinxy said not only to be fair but to add tension. The incentive to keep on the move with the Hope pickups are a good touch as well. The graphics are a bit rough around the edges, but the sound effect of firing makes this game pretty satisfying! Nice work.
Awesome graphics and UI. Simple and effective. Great job!
I liked your game. The graphics were nice, but I wasn't a huge fan of the music personally. I also noticed the actual game bug that caused the game to end before I defeated the last enemy. Overall, fun time.
Player movement was smooth and really like the music and sound. Good job. Also, I may have spent a minute or so trying to click start on the game image trying to figure out why my browser wasn't working before I scrolled down...
