Omggg I love the art direction so much!!! Animations, movement and everything feels SO GOOOOOD. It has some things that remind me about cuphead which makes it even cooler! Physics are really fun and good looking. I had one weird bug which was that in full screen mode I could play outside the game screen but it was fun af. Great job for real..!
I'm very fond of this kind of takes on the theme, and this one's well executed. Lovely graphics and intro sequence, nice choice of music. One little thing that got me is I ended up dropping my weapon when there was none left to pick up (the last tommy gun disappeared just before I could grab it!) so I was walking empty handed... and unable to sucker punch those mafia quarters! That would be something nice to add, the ability to fight bare handed.

The physics made me laugh out loud, really nice art design! Everything from the intro to the way you move fits and enhances the setting really nicely. Funny take on the theme too. I'm making a series of videos documenting LD44 games, would love to know what engine and other tools were used to make this. Thank you for this fun entry!

Love the mood. First minutes with these cute, old-fashion scenes are really great introduction for the player to get him into the mood of the mafia world. Music(<3) and art style also suits very well to each other. Gameplay isn't bad too, but I think it's kinda repetitive and sometimes I get rid of any guns so there are guns out of the map that I cannot pick up, it's kinda frustating. Although, the entry is really cool, great job!
The art and music were great, but the guns were very inaccurate and I didn't like having to constantly scramble for another weapon. Enemies were also sometimes positioned below view of the camera, making it hard to kill them and pick up their weapon. Though the intro was well done and the bullet holes in the wall and breaking of the window were a nice touch.

Pretty amazing game! I love the artstyle, it has a lot of character. The gameplay is quite fluid and feels great, plus having to pick up new weapons mixes it up quite well. I didn't really mind the low accuracy of the weapons. The music is super fitting and somehow the lack of sound effects really supports the whole mood. Overall, this is quite the polished and complete package. Enjoyed this a whole lot and wish there was a little more content, but it is awesome as it is. :)
The way you used the theme in this was great and liked how you set the scene at the start with the old style intro which worked really well, especially with the music. I wasn't very good at it and didn't last very long each time but did have fun trying to keep playing and survive longer.
