This is a really impressive underwater platform adventure game. The dynamics of the octopus are very clever and it feels like a classic arcade style game. I got as far as level three and couldn't get any further, even after repeated attempts. Well done - professional quality!

Awseome looking octopus! Shooting your tentacles like torpedos is a cool idea! It does get quite hard though, it would be nice to be able to regrow tentacles or reattach them.

This game is a really interesting take on the theme, the graphics and audio are really good. One criticism is that it is hard to aim your tentacles making it more effective not to. Other than that the game was really innovative and fun.
I like the concept of the game. I like the execution. Tbh music becomes annoying after some time. And controlls feels clunky sometimes. But overall its pretty solid game. And with some polishing can become a really good time-killer game.
@barrier Sacrifice must be made, man, sorry =)

The shooting behaviour of the tentacles is very well made. So sad that I only have eight of them:(
Loved the gameplay. It really feels like you're underwater. It's quite hard to hit with those tentacles though, but I realised I can kill by just bashing the tentacles on my enemies. I don't know if that was intended or not. Great game!
Very cool gameplay idea, I really enjoyed swinging the tentacles while swimming, especially in the first area with the smaller fish it felt really smooth. Sacrificing your tentacles was a nice take on the Jam's theme and, more often than not, I ended up being a tentacle-less son of Cthulu! Sharks were really hard to beat! Congrats on making this one.

Quite impressive physics, cool art and sound. I couldn't finish that 4th level, pretty hard. Good job :-)

Perfect use of the theme in my opinion.
Neat take on the theme! The movement of the Octopus is very satisfying, although I did up spinning around in circles and smacking the sharks dead. I also noticed that sometimes if I shot a tentacle the right way, it flung across the screen and took out enemies outside the frame. Couldnt do that with the jellyfish because the the range on those were crazy. One thing I noticed that if I happened to be above a shark with a rock between us, the shark would already try to start attacking me and sort of spazz out against the rock until I swam past and it could finally start chasing me.
I liked how the tutorial was implemented and while I enjoyed the music, I wish there was way for me to turn it down. Lovely art style and I appreciated the little extra details like the bubbles and the light rays near the surface.
Bummer I didnt get to play this on stream, but thank you for rating & commenting on our game :)

(PS: I also managed to get a tentacle stuck on the rock at the start of the game LOL)

Great concept, great art, and especially, great job staying on theme from a core mechanical stand point. I really enjoyed playing your game. I think a slightly spookier song for the bgm would have been nice, but overall one of the best games i've played so far.

I liked the concept, something that reminded Mario when he was under water, only if you attach tentacles to it) Thank you for your work)
Really creative idea.
