Cool concept, nice pixel art, it lacks a lively music to be able to work properly!
Thank you very much for your feedback :). @robowarrior1982 Yes indeed, I did not have enough time to compose the music of the game unfortunately.
Neat idea :)
Took me a while to figure out that the color of the parcel has to match the background of the requested item. The shelves are basically just used to get single piece packages from the bundles. It's also not clear that you have to put the package on the conveyor belt to deliver it.
I had it crash on me when I actioned the conveyor without a package on it.
The controls feel a bit slow, maybe make the player move faster a bit.
Very nice graphics and cool idea, but it could do with a little better explanation of the game and how it is played. I felt lost at the beginning and didn't know what to do until I restarted it for 5-6 times. Other than that, very solid job.
The instructions were not that clear so I'm grateful to the commentator above. Also, it seems like there was no end goal other than to just keep going? Otherwise, it was a nice relaxing game, with visuals and sounds that reminded me a little of Theme Hospital. The applause was especially nice as a motivator to keep playing.
The game froze and crashed on me but I liked it nonetheless. I had trouble understanding what I was supposed to do before understanding the color of the packages. I think the game is a bit dull on its audio part: in my opnion it misses some music. Great effort on your end and loved the pixelart. Keep it up :)
@endurion, @exofrenon, it's actually not easy to understand the system at first. I wanted to do a tutorial but I did not have enough time unfortunately.
@optimans, yes I had tried to compose something during the stream but I did not find any inspiration and I was running out of time. it could do the job of an upcoming update.
@mrsylar59, could you give me some extra information about the reason for the crashes because I do not really see if it comes from performance or a particular bug.
Thank you all for your great feedback !!!
@afendar sorry, but I can't really give you more informations, the game just closed on me without any sort of error. I do have a similar problem with my own game, but it seems to be completely random :\
Ah ok shame. Thank you for the info. I will try to look at it more closely. If you have the same worries about your game and that it can give me tracks, do not hesitate to inform me;).
Vary Nice man
Nice graphics - well it was a little bit hard to understand where to place the packet and what to do in the beginning. Overall a nice game.
Nice graphics, but this game is very hard for a normal human, there is some colisions bug, the audio is simple but cool, i like this game and this concept is very good ^^
Nice gfx, clever concept, but It should be better explained! It took me a while to understand how to play the game
I enjoyed the simple look, the concept seemed very similar to other dine/dash games where you run around and get an order ready, like overcooked and such. The moment i had to decide what i wanted to shelve was nice and i appreceated that i needed to make that choice. collision was sticky at times. :\ the rate at which the orders declined was a bit too fast. But, that's okay. it was nice. :-)
Needs some better instructions indeed, but, aside from feeling slow, I liked it! (that is, until the game crashed when I tried to pick a package from an empty shelf by accident) :disappointed:
Pretty impressive considering its a compo game! Nice art, must have been hard to do all of that by yourself
I would be proud if I made those graphics for a jam (and did no other part)! It looks awesome. It was confusing at first, and the controls didn't always respond right even once I figured it out. It also kept crashing, which was a bit frustrating. The code needs to be able to handle when I do things wrong. But it was still fun! It would be nice if the packages arrived more often, so I spent more of the time juggling the running-out-of-space aspect, and less letting orders go because I just hadn't received any of that color. It probably would be better overall if you spent a little more time on getting the gameplay smoother, at the expense of graphics, though I do love the graphics you made.
