Interesting idea for a game. The lack of a win/lose condition really hurts because there's no time pressure, whenever you need anything you just time accelerate until you get it. Also, as far as I can tell whenever your Warehouses are full you just sell your stock, regardless of their capacity, so more warehouses just mean longer between building and receiving money.
Hmmm it gets super dark on my screen, I can barely see most of the buildings. Not a bad little idea though. Could be easily expanded with an end goal, and events like a meteor strike, space plague, etc.

The background moving faster when you accelerate time is a nice touch.
@tinamil - selling stock is actually independent of warehouse capacity; you sell things on a fixed schedule, and you sell everything you have. If your warehouses are all full, it means your factories aren't producing anything (because there's nowhere to put products) so they're definitely worth buying as production increases.
I really like the look of this game, the planet looks awesome, and I love the effect of the space spinning around the planet when time is sped up. I think that the game could have used a little more introduction, as I now see you mentioned in your description, I wasn’t sure exactly what the point was while playing. I think that a bit more polish could make this a great fun game.
Very fun to manage my space and grow an empire over time. Great idea adding a "speed up" button. When night time would roll around, it would be difficult to tell between the different icons. Maybe unique colors and lights in the windows at night could distinguish them better. I found myself "Running out of Space", but after getting the most-efficient arrangement I felt I'd already won the game and didn't feel a need to continue. If you were to continue the game after the Compo, you should consider adding other planets to continue building on.
I have to agree with tinamil, the core mechanics are great and ironed out, but it's missing an objective to reach. I love the art style and can tell a fair amount of effort went into the game. Good job!
I really like a lot the the colony management games. I did have trouble starting (whats a factory do lol?) it I love the idea!
The graphics are gret, i would better not build on this nice looking planet lol. all the mechanics works well, but how do i win or lose ?

I think this would be an interesting style of puzzle or score attack game if the goal was to have a certain amount of income per time being what drives you to the next level. Getting bonuses for the positional aspect of the buildings would add a lot to the decision of where to place things as well. As it is the graphics were okay (though the factory hard to see at night so I kept thinking I had a free slot) and the sound effects were serviceable. The background and speed up function were really neat. I liked how the speed up function actually sped up the game as opposed to just making the numbers go by faster.
Nice game, I hope to see more updates and improvments sooner. If you don't bother take a look at our game when we focused on Graphics and visuals and see the results that we got: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/42/spacelab-42
Neat civilization style game. I really wanted to turn the planet to build around it, but it looks like I was limited to a 5x5 grid. I never figured out the point of the warehouse, since the production seemed to be based on the number of factories. It would have been nice if there was some sort of award after reaching a certain amount of cash or workers.
Great space skybox :) Had fun playing the game!
