Crazyy to me that you made this with monogame and C# in 48 hours. I wish I could code that fast, haha.

@justinsix Haha, I didn't sleep much, it's my first LudumDare. I'm this close to falling asleep on the keyboard. Thank you
@simonaura It's my first ludum dare too :D You did great though man, I used visual coding, no way I could have done half as well as you did with coding
@justinsix As long as the result is there, I would really like to try to do a project with visual coding. I'm gonna test your game :D
Love the opening dialog and back story. Very cool take on the theme. Music is very fitting too. I seem to be very bad at the game and keep blowing up, but very cool!
@kiotikid Haha, that's nice, thank you so much! ps: I hope you succeeded in sending the 3 rockets needed to see the end of the game :D
This is quite awesome! I really like the whole theme and everything. I can't get the rocket to actually land anywhere but I'm trying! Overall this is awesome might be my favorite one so far :)
@william-corrin Wow! Thank you so much! I hope you can get it to land. Take a good look at the instruction manual in the introductory cinematics :D
The game looks clean and I really liked the intro but It took me a while to realize how to stabilize since that button didnt have any bar I thought it was locked
@chekaaa Hi,I should have explained it better in the introduction, I finished the game at the last minute! Thanks for your review ! :D
I like the graphics and back story. It's also nice that you generate a random universe, although it doesn't seem to matter too much for the gameplay. The game is quite easy and not very complex, but fortunately you only have to launch three times, so it doesn't overstay its welcome. I think it would've been a bit better if the instruction manual had been available in-game. Good job overall!
Fantastic UI and nice music. But I'm sorry that I've never succeed sending the rocket. I wanna know what will happen after that
@florian-van-strien The game is simple when we understood how to launch the rocket, I tried to balance as much as possible the gameplay but there are still many things to fix. Thanks a lot for your review ! :D
@zzr Thank you so much! I advise you to re-look at the pilot's manual, turn on the electricity first, then refuel, then oxygen and end by the temperature! The gauge must be at least. Stabilize the rocket and be careful it may destabilize during flight !
The graphics could have used a bit of work, but can be easily forgiven due to the EXTRAORDINARY amount of work put into it! The game is really fun and deserves an amazing score at the end, especially considering it's a compo game
@bungalow I totally agree haha, I am above all a developer. Thanks a lot for your review, I'm glad to see you enjoyed the game ! :D
Was not able to figure out how to propely fly the spaceship. I keep getting destroyed right after I take off. The intro was very well done and polished. the menus ingame could have used some more love tho. The music was nice
@smithy Hi ! Thank for your review ! If your spaceship is still destroyed after the launch it's because you need to stabilize it also during the flight!
It's a nice take on the theme, using it for story rather than as a gameplay mechanic.
Gameplay wise, I'm not entirely sure what controls the stabilization of the spacecraft, and it seems almost random whether or not it remains stabilized or destabilizes as soon as it launches. Otherwise, there's isn't much player input, just selecting the one blue planet and turning on switches. Maybe I did something wrong, I'd be willing to revise it if I knew better what I was doing wrong.
The game, however, does stand out in the other areas - it is pretty polished, with nice graphics and a great intro sequence, as well as fitting music. So congrats!
The aesthetic and the mood of the game are nice and the sound compliments it nicey; you used the theme for the story rather than directly impacting gameplay which I thought was interesting, but might've been better if you incorporated it into gameplay as well. However, i found myself really unsure on what I'm supposed to do. Do I only turn on switches? I never got the rocket to actually fly, it always crashed quickly after launching and I couldn't figure out why. The controls and gameplay should maybe be communicated to the player better. Still, nice work! :)
@hanybal Hi ! Thank for your review ! I advise you to re-look at the pilot’s manual, turn on the electricity first, then refuel, then oxygen and end by the temperature! The gauge must be at least. Stabilize the rocket and be careful it may destabilize during flight ! You're right, the controls are not clear.
nice game and fun! However,I didnt like the fact that each round ends quite abruplty.
@vlassis Thank you for your review !
HOW TO PLAY ?
Turn on electricity
Fuel the engine
Supply oxygen
Cool the rocket
Provides stabilization even during flight.
I would appreciate if you teach me how to do these in the game. I know the electricity, the fuel, oxygen, but Idk how to cool the rocket and provide stabilization. The switches do have feedback so thats good. But the launch button does not have feedback so I didnt know I should press it until several tries in. The interface has some black chunks that hides the info when the engine is tuned on, but that doesnt look good. If you can hide it and only display when you have the info, that would be a great improvement!
In term of back story, I liked it, allowing players to skip intro the second time around is a nice touch. I can only fly a short distance and die, but I try to give feedback where I can see. Great job putting it all together!
@nam-nguyen Hi ! All the control are clear to understand execept the way to stabilize the rocket. So, I'm going to help you to launch it ! First of all, the electricity is the button at the right of the control panel, the fuel is the button Under the fuel icon, oxygen is the button with O2 and the button to cool the rocket is Under the gauge with the flame icon. To stabilize it's the button who is'nt under a gauge. But be careful during the flight, you will have to stabilize again. To launch the rocket you have a lever on the right, next to the electricity button. Thank you for your review ! :D
Thank you for sharing your game with me. I tried to play it on my stream tonight at https://www.twitch.tv/saoigames, but I couldn't get OBS to capture the game. I also couldn't move the window to my second monitor so that made it impossible to capture.
You can hear my comments in the archive at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/297889760
@saoi-games Thanks anyway! :D
Very unique experience! I liked figuring out the UI personally, it was the main puzzle of the game and made me feel more like I was actually prepping a launch. Thanks for sharing your game with my stream awhile back. Your game was played around 4:05 into this vod: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/297885983
