Hey very solid game, I really enjoyed it. I was a little bummed when the music didn't match the beat though. Would be a 10/10 if the beat matched the timing. Good game though and impressive given the time constraints.

I really liked this game! I thought the idea was great and I loved the graphics. If there were one thing to be improved, I would have loved to see some sort of way of scoring it to make it challenge!
It's really pretty, really polished, but got very repetitive mid-way through. And beats don't match music, which isn't great for a rhythm game.
Oh, and I didn't like your diagonal level, it was weird to move on.
Nice beat game, the references are strong and it is really well executed. I didn't really had any issues with the timing, only with understanding what I must do after collecting all the wheat and corn but it was easily solved because the maps are small and layed out very well.
Congrats for the game :)
Looks and sounds great! Not surprised to see plenty of other rhythm games. :)
Yay! I managed to beat the game before falling asleep! I enjoyed the casual and rhythmic feel, but I didn't really notice anything other than movement being affected by the beat. It would have been cool if your precision affected other aspects of the game.
@Apple Dash Oh man yeah, I keep beating myself over how quickly it gets boring. I spent a significant amount of time trying to get music matching the game and had to end up playing individual 4 measure clips instead of songs.
@schsam Thank you, the original plan was to have an enemy moving around putting time pressure on the growing and harvesting. But alas, too little time.
@GhostGoatsGames Thanks!
@caeonosphere I just got finished playing your game! Wow it certainly puts my music and beats to shame, amazing work on all ends of the spectrum.
Good game dude! I really like the graphics, especially the animations when the plants grow. The idea is original and you really made something fun out of it. Biggest downside for me is the fact that music is out of sync with the beat you have to play on, but other than that, great job! ^^

Game looks nice! Animation and style are both good. The sound/music isn't that bad either.
Gameplay has a lot to be desired though. "Walk over the plots until you have enough plants grown" is WAY too simple, and doesn't feel rewarding. The movement restriction doesn't seem to have an effect on the game at all either. No penalty for bad movement or bonus for good movement.
I think that next time you should focus on what the players' goal will be, and make it interesting.
Great graphics, decent sound, but repetitive gameplay. Moving to the beat doesn't do much and the farming aspect is very simple and uninteresting. Still, the game looks great. Well done!

Overall graphics is very nice. You have very good plant animations and those dust effects. I've made a farming game this jam too and it's a shame I didn't came up with similar dance-like animation for plants.
Fantastic job with the lowpoly graphics. I really liked the effects and juicyness all around. It's super cool how you can see the space station with all the levels at the start. The timing was pretty easy, but maybe it just feels that way because there's no downside to mis-timing it. It just needs a reason to move with some urgency and around the map a bit. Maybe some enemies that chase you slowly and some seeds to collect around the outsides. Great name too!
The graphics are absolutely amazing. The robot is very cute :) it looks like a baby chicken! Everything was very impressive. The way the camera slightly zooms in on the beat is very useful and intuitive. The music in the menu was great, but during gameplay it did eventually get very repetitive. Overall, this is a gorgeous and cool little game!
bears. beets. battlestar galactica. the 3D models are very nice looking and how they moved added the life this game needs. I can tell how much effort you put into the synchronized audio, it's too bad it didn't work out though. if you get a chance to play/rate my game I'd be greatly appreciative, its currently at only ~7 votes :) https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/photonic
