Hahaha! First things first, I love how the “lululululululu” sound effect just poped up without warning. You should have seen my reaction, I laughed out loud for real. The game was kind of simple, but I liked it!
**Overall** I had a great time playing this game, if you add a catchy soundtrack I would play this for hours, for sure! Thank you so much for this experience and good luck in the future! Have an awesome day, and I hope to see you in the next jam!

I liked the lighting, or lack of it, that made it interesting when you only show the shot, with a more worked lighting I believe it will be very good.

Is the lack of pointer on the screen a design choice ? I think it would be easier to target well with one.
Lighting is indeed really pretty.
PS : Really liked the "lulululululu" sound as well :)

I like the concept a lot! This game is challenging and very fun to play. I don't understand how health works though, because there is no health bar. Does it regenerate? I feel like it should or there should be a way to restore it.

Nice game, I really liked how the lighting works!
I didn't realise you could shoot enemys until after I'd already played for a while, maybe a control prompt would have been good here! Also, a couple of times on restarting the light would flash and then not turn on, though that may be a bug specific to webgl, I didn't play the download version. Also, I think the light mechanic could have been explored a little more in depth, maybe adding the option to toggle the light in order to sneak away from the enemys would have been cool? Though this much within the space of a game jam is still really cool!
Great game guys!
I really like the lighting / visual display.
The only thing I would improve is as follows: - I think it would be better if either you could see where your mouse was, or you used the keyboard to look, because as it is it's hard to figure out how much you need to move the mouse to turn in a direction, which make the controls slightly annoying.
If this was fixed though, I think I would find the game really fun :).
An interesting concept. I never quite got to grips with it, and seemed to die pretty much straight away whenever I played. However, when I did survive a bit longer, I agree with what some other people have said about the difficulties with the combination of mouse and keyboard controls/
A few bugs with the light flashing sometimes, but I do like the limited visibility, it adds a whole dimension to the gameplay. What made this game particularly tricky was the lack of feedback - clearly you are keeping track of some sort of power/health, but it's not visible. I like how the torch runs out.
The orthogonal keyboard move with mouse look is a bit strange, but it's something I can get used to, and quite frankly I prefer it to relative keyboard controls in this situation. Good job!
@didactylos @pio The health is your flashlight battery. If it runs out of battery you die.
@didactylos @mickeyg Yup that's a bug. We are sorry for that.
Very interesting concept and mechanics! I liked playing the game and wished that I could play longer but it seems there is a bug in the flash light timer because it went down even when I had enough batteries. All in all nice job guys :)
P.S If you would like to play and rate my game that would be great. Thanks in advance :)
Nice lightle game.
I really liked the lighting in this game. The "lulululu" enemey was quite unnerving...
It took me several starts to understand the gameplay, that I have to collect the blue dotties to get more energy/light. Maybe the graphics should indicate more directly what it is.
There should be a highscore and/or scoring system in the game!

:D that was fun to play the game. Very nice job. The suicider balls coming at me lulululu made me laugh a lot.

This was quite fun, but I think it would've felt a lot easier to play with a crosshair, which would create a more intuitive connection to the aiming/mouse look. I think the cursor was also not locked to the window, as I kept minimizing the game accidentally.
Aside from these issues, this could be quite an interesting set of mechanics to play with. The limited vision with top down shooting is interesting, especially when hearing those crazy enemy sounds, which creates some good tension.
Good job!
great job, love the effects

Sound effect is great, feeling of enemy killing you from behind is cool also. Battery drains at good rate. Only and main problem is the aim indicator. I have no clue, where I am aiming, and if I happen to have mouse very close to my character things can get really dizzy.
