Solid fun game with good mechanics, really liked the toy trains feel of it with all the track being tiled pieces. Fits the theme pretty well too. The music is pleasant and the graphics (especially that font) are very nice. Good job!
Really cool game. I had fun to put the track together and think about the shortest way to pick-up and deliver every box. The learning curve is also well done.
In the first few levels it would be grat if the management of the train power would be more challangeing. It was more about putting the track together and less about the limited train power.
A very polished game. The music is discreet and that's great, allowing player to focus on "How does this train can go to the finish line ?"
Feels good playing it, I haven't finished it yet, just the five first levels, But I really liked it and I will probably go back to it. Good job!
This is really polished and fun! Nice job!

Oh so that's why the music is lifeless. It is not procedurally generated, maybe it has a bunch of variations and you can change the bpm and stuff, but let's talk about the rest of the game.
It's pretty fun! The trains move really smoothly, it's great to have hotkeys for the most important controls and it just overall feels good to play.
The best part about it were the rails with switches, managing multiple trains on different rails and their power was great. And just thinking how you could move them towards their destination most effitiently.
What bummed me a bit was the ability to remove and place tracks however you liked with no penalty. The game doesn't give the player enough credit for strategic planning of the rails. You can just move them around all the time and win. Maybe there should be a score system to help with that. Or you could limit the amount of removable rails, this way it's way too easy. But the game deserves better!
The GUI is pretty clean, nice and large buttons. The textures look pretty muddy, rails are nice. It's not exactly great to look at but it does the job. (the fluidity of the movement is great though) Nice animations!!
Would have loved to have a few sound effects for stuff.
Music sounds like bad commercial music, to be fair it does fit into the game though.... I'd recommend looking out to team up with a musician for your next project. I think even generic indie composer music might still be better.
Tldr: Really fun game, needs more challenge/restrictions, please do more in the music department

Incredibly well polished game, everything is on spot. Manoeuvering the trains and switches was really fun to do, but it's too bad that the success is measured only with time and not the number of pieces you used or else. Anyway, congratulations for the impressive entry !
Oh, god, did you played to Mini Train (English name seems to be "Train Town") ? It's an old game (pre-2000) a little like yours. (Very hard to find nowadays) I liked yours, very impressive. The only problem I had is the control of the train that wasn't very ergonomic, but still ok. Congratulations ! edit: here is a video of the game I'm talking : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNpZIm04ums
Well done! The game principle works from the first moment! Good control and nice music!
Major props for making the most chill game of the jam! A little derivative, but I'm pretty impressed that you got this done in the short amount of time there was. Great stuff!
Great game! I like very much! And trains like our game.
Very high quality workmanship on the presentation and code (there are no bugs that is) departments. Feels like a proper finished product. The cheery music got on my nerves after a while, but that's just me!
A timed puzzle is what I'd call it. Although if you don't let the timer restrict you then it becomes trivial to beat each and every level one train at a time. I would have liked a more robust scoring system based on, for instance, amount of tiles or energy used. The energy mechanic also goes out the window in levels where you can place down your own energy stations.
Nice work overall.
A rather fun entry :) Laying down track felt rather tedious but I quite like these kinds of routing and logistic games.

Hi and thanks for your comment! Have you updated AVG? When i scanned the file on virustotal.com AVG didn't show up any problems. Also of course i can assure you there is nothing malicious regarding the executable of our game.
Regarding the muddy textures, it's most likely the pixel density. Since the pixels look rather large, it doesn't allow for much definition. For the bushes it could also be the way they are designed. I am no expert on graphic design (I am the guy who worked on music and sound for Tjakka5 game btw), i am assuming it's running on a lower resolution and therefore the pixels are enlarged, switching resolutions might be a good start (am playing on 1920x1080 screen btw)
This game is very well done. I like the graphics and the music.
But I have to admit it is a bit boring... It is cumbersome to stop the train at the exatly right location, so that the boxes get loaded to the correct wagon. Also it seems that the power does not have a very big impact. The power was never the problem in my playthroughs...

Unique puzzle game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 39 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMCKWv94MN0
