This seems like a pretty straight forward concept. You could do a lot with the theme of fighting cavities inside of someones mouth. Sort of like a modern day take on Timmy the Tooth, but in game form. Lots of different paths you could take it story wise.
My main issue with playing this game tho was just that it didn't run all that well. I chocked that up to just not having a enough time to work out the kinks, but it can be pretty bad at times. Like having your character teleport a bit when you walk in a different direction killed me more often than not. Otherwise it would be a pretty standard platformer that fits into the jam theme pretty well by exploring the small world of someone's mouth.
Other than that it got featured in my second Larry Does Ludum 38 video. Which you can see here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3nGcfVUsso
I really liked the idea behind the game, and the simple artstyle fit with it really well. Switching direction made the player jump around a bit, and the blobs of mouthwash you fire could maybe do with travelling further but overall a good job! Looking forward to seeing what you do next time! :)
I thought it was pretty good! I don't know if it's just on my machine, but there's an issue where the pivot point is not correct if you go left/right so it "jumps" a bit - but that actually makes it more challenging xD
My only complaint is that the music does not fit the game style - the graphics are super cute, and it's a game about a tooth who brushes teeth... The music should have been more "cute" rather than ambient-house so it would support the mood. But besides that, great work!
Fun little concept for a game, art and music feel like they suit each other. Not always clear what I have to do, controls need tightning, Nice game!
Neat idea, I really liked the art style and setting. I found the controls a bit awkward, since you have to coordinate between X, Space and B instead of Z, X and C which is what I'm more accustomed to.

Interesting game, though it didnt seem to work well... I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15RvXBjxVuU&feature=youtu.be

Really strange controls harms overall expirience. Graphics and music are really nice!
A really fun game to play served by a brillant and original idea ! Congrats !

I really like the graphics and sfx. But the controls are a bit difficult. I don't like to use x and b, underneath the moving controls. Overall a nice game :)
I had to donwload the game becuase the screen was stretchin in WebGL and couldn't look the evels correctly. You have to check your resolution and ensure you have a 16:9 aspect ratio for WebGL (and also check that your UI scales, so I won't go beyond the frame).
I idi like the theme a lot, not many games though about one's own motuh and I think that is a neat idea. The control were a bit akward though, X, B and space are a little weird, I would recommend to use mor standard controls: Z - Jump X - Mouthwash c - ToothBrush
You do have to take into account the center of yur sprites, since when I was turning around, the center would shift and make it look like that character was popping from one side to the other (I only managed to notice this after moving with the keyboard ofr a while.
The game was fun though! I enjoyed the art style and the music kept me going. The ideas was novel and I loved my time with it. Nice work!
This game has potential to be great, but has quite a few flaws that are worth fixing. I like the graphics. The controls are not user friendly, which makes the game much harder than necessary. The levels could be bigger and more varied. The player moves very fast horizontally. The enemies are kind of random and hard to kill. They either stand still or move fast. Either you survive for quite awhile when bumping into them or you die instantly (when jumping on them in particular). Using the toothbrush on the teeth seems a little superfluous, why not just run over them? The end of level portal seemed to appear randomly.
