And behind door A there's...a really fun game with a very interesting concept!

Graphics are good enough and fit the setting perfectly. I really like this kind of game show limbo in which the only thing you do is participate in win or die games.

I shat my pants the first time I opened the door and the red face appeared.

Congratulations!

I love the concept. Very unique. This could be a very addicting game if all the features were working in a non-buggy way. but the price tags are weird. Plus, I bought extra lives and still died from the lion?? In any case, I actually loved the graphics!!!

Art is Ok and concept also is nice

I really love the concept! Art is amazing, and items and upgrade are very fun.

It has a great theme but i don't feel that i can change the outcome at all

raconteurnick 2016-12-15 02:19

Great work! I liked the graphics, no need to apologize for them. It took a few tries to learn how to play, even with the instructions, but it was a neat experiment!

I really liked the game. You really scared me with that face lmao XD. Good music dude!

bumblepie 2016-12-15 02:36

The theme is cute, but as far as I can tell there's very little strategy outside of applying the Monty Hall problem, as it's all just guesswork.

Very solid submission. I had unlocked all the upgrades and had at least 2 of every item. Was interested to see if the game actually went anywhere, but then I got an exception when clicking on one of the upgrades to double check what it did.

It did have me engaged long enough to get that far into it though. Well done.

I like the graphics! The gameplay is a pretty neat idea, although it could use a little variation.

I love how even if you fully understand the Monty Hall problem solution, actually playing the switch game makes you doubt the solution because it seems wrong to just always click Switch blindly, which I think is a really fun mental exercise. Awesome graphics, solid submission. Keep up the good work! Hope to see you next LD too!

not bad

I never really saw a reason to switch doors. The game is interesting but I got tired of not being able to afford anything and repeatedly losing with no gold.

ceosol 2016-12-16 17:09

Wow, the switch the door theory really works. 4 times out of 5 I won. The theme is a little bit of a stretch since you can pick one room and then switch rooms for the first gameshow. But still, I like your take on it.

Good fun with the game show feel. I don't know if it was just me, but the shops seem broken. I had no clue how much money I had and it randomly let me buy some things and not others.

leondryaso 2016-12-17 13:16

I actually liked the graphics, the concept is really interesting :D

concalf 2016-12-18 20:40

A wonderful take on how to start with the monty hall problem and make a really nice time waster out of it :D
well done

I liked this game. Very "Let's Make a Deal" game show style. There isn't much of a strategy on the doors, which makes sense, but I like that you can buy items during the game based on how confident you are that you have the right door (eg. the idol or the double money). Having items like that would be more effective if there was some planning to the doors rather than just a dumb luck which you pick, especially since the idol costs the same amount as a winning door. Maybe I'm missing a hidden strategy here? Like combining the idol and the double?
Looks like I'm playing again.

Even while writing this comment I got more enthralled by the idea. Neat game!

Curious one. Well done!
