Very nice game, impressive for the small ammount of time.
Two comments, the text gets a bit annoying, since it repeats itself everytime you die, and also the bullets seem to disapear in the air half of the time (no idea why).
However I think this can be a great game putting in some extra work!
Very nice game!!
The game looks very solid and well-polished. Graphics, background music and sound effects, fonts - everything fits perfect.
I'm not a big fan of this type of games, but I don't regret about time spending for this one.
Good work!
Interesting. It does create a nice mood.
The story text might need a skip button for players who wanna go directly to action :)
GG!

You realy did well. It's a great game with solid atmoscphere. But there's a couple things that might be improved. First is text. It's to fast to read for the first time and can't be skipped after death. And there's a little glitch with bullets hitting an ?invisible collider. But anyway I enjoyed the game. Great job and keep LDing =)

I noticed this: when you walk you can actually see a pixel floating above your head (i suspect there is another frame above this in the sprite sheet or the height isn't setup properly). Also the shooting sound is barely hearable against the music. As others already stated reading the texts again and again after dying is reall frustrating. Apart from this the learning was well implemented - you had a safe environment to learn how to jump and pickup weapons. Good job on this! And generally speaking the game is quite nice both sound and graphics wise :)
I like the sound effects but I think the game could have used some more polish even if that would mean there was less content. Font was sometimes a bit hard to read and might be a good idea to allow the player to move while text is happening. Still, this entry is definitely an improvement over your LD34 entry! :) (Which by weird coincidence I played at the time and can still remember)

Hey, I enjoyed it, the graphic part was nice and simple but nice! I like the way it looked all together. If you want to continue the development there are some things to look at. For example the pixel in the animation as @Anudin said or some collider issues but those are some minor that can be solved. Also, when I tried to get into fullscreen mode through out the game the camera somehow glitched but that's something impossible to find until you built it so that's alright :) just wanted you to know if you are going to continue the development :)
All in all, nice game! :)
I think if you fixed the slippery floors, and kept from stopping the player every time there was text, i think youd have a solid game!
Interesting game! I included it in my compilation video series of Ludum Dare 36, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/taJ6gW4nG1g
Hm, let's see... The game seems pretty alright as a whole, but there are quite a few things to nitpick. Platforming is a little wonky, with slightly slippery movement and delayed jumps. The exposition was also very annoying with no way to skip it, totally breaking the flow of the game. Shooting the enemies ended in wildly varying results; using the last rifle in the game, I killed the first zombie in one hit, then the next in 5. No idea why.
Other than that, nice music and solid art. The game has promise, for sure.

Nice game. I thought I would find the music repetitive at first, but it turned out there's enough variation to keep that from happening.
Only issues I had were the text being a little hard to read at times, and some sort of bug with shooting where the bullets disappeared moments after firing them.

The text changes too quickly and the font used isn't the best one, but the game is simple and polished enough
