Seems an interesting idea, but definitely in need of some more gameplay and features.
Shockingly pretty, as is the norm with UE4!
Looks and plays amazingly, didn't get a chance to test multiplayer but let me know if you decide to greenlight it!
Only played solo but it's a neat concept and the platforming felt nice. With a few more mechanics I could see myself really enjoying it.
Pretty characters. Didn't really figure out what I'm supposed to do.
The game looks quite nice.
It's a pretty neat concept, though I'm not sure how it would work with more players - maybe it's just a race for resources (I only played alone)?
I guess it was done like that on purpose, but I think the game area is too huge and too boring. There's nothing to see except for flat futuristic platformy-thingies.
It might be a good start to a nice fun game, but at the moment, it's too boring for me. It needs more features, better levels, and probably more thought out mechanics.
Props for going multiplayer in three days though, you've put yourself up to a huge task, so big congratulations for bringing it to this state!
Nice graphics, but the game felt a bit confusing at the beginning. Could definitely need some more gameplay features.
Very good 3D platform game: D, but when I wanted to play with a friend, something went wrong :(
Tried the multiplayer, sadly though there was only one other player. Also I was wondering what the purpose of implementing multiplayer was, because you don't really interact with people.
But Kudos for implementing multiplayer even if it was just for implementing it. I made my first experience with multiplayer this jam, too :)
Hi. Here are some comments to improve your game:
The transitions between day and night are too fast too fast and there is no sign. Not even from the sun. You could add a moving sun or a kind of clock
Not much to do or not explained : I went at the top of the map but except going from one fire to the other, I did know what to do
nice graphismes and character design
physic is good
It looks a lot like survivals but most of the time you have other things than just fires
No map limits : I think if you go out of the map, you arrive at the top of the map (it took me a lot of time to arrive at the top by foot)
you can do skydiving from the top :D
For a jam, it is already a good job ;) I think you wanted to try multiplayer games in your game during the jam.
Ok so i love the quality actually, i love how the player looks, yet there are some weird things... when jsut doing nothing i managed to notice that i just fall thrue the floor and suddently i'm flying for a min or 2, i like it that it get's really dark and that the player has "THE LIGHT OF LIFE'' XD Really awsome design, i know it's short time 72 hours :) Great job!!
With some more time and work and some props maybe and a small like task to do it will be awsomeeeeee :)
Nice graphics, but i didn't really know what should I do :/
Same thoughts with @havaker
It looks like a cool concept, sadly I couldn't play as it couldn't find a game, but looks cool well done.
I like the graphics though but I'm confused after my lives run out
Wow, this is new!
A game could use Steam's matching services? I thought it was only accessible to published games.
I need to check how this works.
@tmpxyz games can use steamworks using app id 480. though that can complicate things a bit when everybody uses that untill greenlit. for instance we have an issue where some other random games appear in the server list even though they arent supposed too. if people try to join it just hangs there. ue4 makes steam integration easy though.
