Interesting style of game. Was a bit confusing at first, but got a hang of it fairly quick. Music is nice! Visuals was good as well, but lacked texture. Fun game overall

It's great to see this in the submissions after following you making it at Mad Lab.
I died enough where starting from the beginning was not something I liked, but I made it to the end! The music is great, and I am a big fan of the Yellow Sentry's design! Simple and cool.
Nice entry very innovative to me, but had to restart the game each time D:
I really like the take of an "FPS." I though gameplay and models were awesome. For improvement, I would make the camera less floaty or add in some slider to adjust the camera sensitivity.
I had fun playing this, it was a bit short but the puzzles were interesting. Nice music, but some sound effects would have helped a lot with immersion.
Wow, really liked it! A great job! You had and expert hand introducing a complex concept. It had also a relaxing music and graphics, felt really nice. I did want more content, what's a pretty good sign of quality. I also liked your origanility with the theme, changing the form of others is quite nice.
The camera could be more much fluid IMO. The models were nice.
Cool concept! Liked finding out how the enemies moved and using that against them. Graphics are nice, and the music is not bad either
I loved the music. I found the gameplay very challenging.
I didn't get very far, I kept pressing space thinking it was jump XD
Nice game!
Thanks for your feedback everyone. It is nice to know that you like the puzzle idea, the models and the music. This feedback is much much appreciated.
Also yes setting the space bar as the restart button was not the wisest choice considering 99% of the time in an FPS game that is the jump button. This will not be the case in future iterations of the game.
If you ever wish to follow further iterations of this game, check out our blogpost on the game itself. http://www.darkfieldgames.com/blog/zuran-ludum-dare-edition/
Good work, clean looking, good interpretation of the theme and some application of game design principles.
Well done!
The game concept is pretty fun and innovative.
I like the simplicity of the graphics and the wireframe-styled guards give the game an abstract-futuristic feel, that's really great to see! :)
Sound-wise, I liked the soundtrack, it's well-made and recorded, but I feel that a bit of a darker tone would give a better mood (or this could be just me thinking a bit more than I should :P), sound effects would add to the mood, though. :P
The controls are simple and easy to catch and the level design is nice, and proves to be a challenge, thanks to the shapeshifting mechanic, which I think makes some great use of the theme! :D
Cheers and Congrats! :)
Love the games music and visual style. The game idea is super, but you could have made a better introduction to the game mechanics.
This is a neat puzzle game! It does make me feel smart when I figure out what to do, especially when my solution doesn't seem like what the designers were intending :P
It is a bit annoying to go back to the beginning of the game every time, and it seems like you ran out of time to add puzzles for the yellow guard. Also the smooth mouse controls felt too floaty.
