Fun concept! Pretty challenging.
Very challenging!
Pretty fun to play! Definitely challenging, I couldn't get past 20 or so.
Overall polish could be improved (an in-game instructions screen to get a reminder on the controls would have been a big help) but getting anything done in just one weekend is already an accomplishment.

Nice base idea, the amount of enemies were a little over whelming sometimes, but all in all fun
DO NOT do this http://i.imgur.com/g809uKt.png - you dont need the damn .pdb files and it makes a bigger download for those of us with slow internet. Also, it's considered polite to include a folder inside the archive to make extracting it a simpler process.
Gripes aside, sound wasn't great. art was ok. Gameplay was interesting but quite hard, especially once you accumulated a few ufos.

I liked it. But I found it overwhelming after only a few moments of game play. I found no real advantage between switching from one genre to another, BUT!...that was a great idea. Just so much going on so quickly. Good job overall despite what may be my lack of reflexes ;)
Thanks Geti for the advice. I made those changes to the file structure which decreases the size considerably.
I enjoyed this. The gameplay was simple, but it works. Your interpretation of the theme was fun. Nicely done.

Pretty good concept! I think it needs some general polish. A menu, reminder of controls, a way to quit. Also, it was quite challenging. I think thats good, but there should have been a bit more balance or a progression as it gets harder. I liked the timeline switching, but I wish there was more to it. Different enemies per genre or something. Controls could have been a bit better but being able to remap them was certainly useful.

The idea was great. It's not really the right theme but as long as it inspired you it's cool !
This game could have been a lot more fun if less enemies popped, because the beginning is already hard, and after a few second you're bound to be overwhelmed by the amount of enemies (especially the ufos).
Speaking of the ufos : they're far too hard to kill. The only way to reach them is to use the astranaut, but he jumps a little too high, and his bullets are too weak. You need to jump and shoot correctly 3 times to kill one, that's already hard, but during that time 3 or 4 other ufos spawn : it's better to ignore the ufos than to try to kill them. A little more effective solution I found is jump with the astronaut and switch to knight in mid-air to be able to inflict more dammage. That's still hard and not effective enough. Killing ufo is even harder than that because if you land on an enemy, you can't jump, you have to go on the ground : ufos are too hard to kill.
So the best stategy to have a high score right now is not kill ufos and shoot with the cow-boy, maybe switching to the knight. Balancing the ufos can quickly make the game more fun and diverse.
The game is missing some audio (especially music), but the graphics are well done for most parts. The catapult's bullet is the only thing that I think doesn't fit.

Sweet game. It was difficult indeed. It was quite funny to ride the UFO and push it down by the weight of the play. This wasn't intended I guess, but maybe you could play more with physics and how to interact with the enemies. It was a really funny moment. Maybe the enemies affect the others when they collide or when you push them together. Nice entry :)
