How do the controls work?
It looks like a fun game! However for me the controls were QZDS so was really awkward to play.
Yo dude you gotta make yourself a weapon right quick or you're gonna get merc'd, these Potatoes are real!
I've enjoyed my time with it, but I take it as a "run away from the beast and don't get touched" as I didn't understand the craft system. The potatoes grenade where clear, as the potion, but my steak sword, I was not able to hit with :(
Anyway I liked the design of the monster
I don't understand the crafting system
Ha i really like this idea, food as weapon and game forces you to keep making new weapons from fallen enemies :D, potato grenade is just fun to use. i like graphics but sometimes you can't see enemy if you are in "horizontal tunnel/corridor".
This violates compo rules. You can't use Minecraft textures in compo games. You have to create all assets during the 48 hours by yourself. Other than that, I liked the crafting system. Gameplay was fun, but could use some improvements.
I have alot like the game, is a pity that no monster indicator when you do not just see behind the wall, or you find yourself face to face.
(Google Translate, I'm French)
Fun game, the graphics look really nice. You want to make sure that your menu is triggered by the key being pressed DOWN, rather than checking the state of the key itself, as the menu sometimes closes as soon as you open it.
A bit hard to handle at first. Sounds are noisy and fighting gameplay is difficult. That said, it works fine. :)
Good game, but hard to control!
Overall a great game! It was really enjoyable! Very impressive for a game made in 48 hours.
It's fun and definitely an unconventional weapon. My only issue is that sometimes I don't see the enemies because of the perspective.
(I hit more than 6k FPS, so good optimization)
Good idea and feedback. But there is two things a bit annoying : the sounds are noisy and we can't always see the enemies. But this is a good game.
The warning about finding a weapon straight away was a good one cause I was killed quite quickly the first time I played.
Great unconventional weapon.
Good fun to play.
Audio is a bit over whelming at times.
Franchement Marc c'était un live excellent pour un résultat exceptionnel !
Nice little game, sometimes it's annoying that the walls hide important items and enemies. It's sometimes hard to see whats happening. It's a quite complete game though. Like! :)
Really interesting, an excellent job for 48h! Definitely a dungeon crawler feel. On the downsides, I'm a little disappointed that all the weapons feel the same, and the combat is a bit blurry, as in you don't know if you will hit/be hit.
Otherwise, very coherent art, nice atmosphere, appropriate sounds.
Et le coucou d'un autre frenchie =)
Pretty nice entry as a gamejam game and it was relatively fun to play. Textures worked great :) Controls maybe too difficult.
I have no idea how to craft something but concept of crafting weapons from food looks promising! Game looks really good :)
The game sets a pretty desperate and dark vibe. It was easy to get jumped by the little killer bunnies or whatever the monsters were. The controls seemed unresponsive at times, I'd hit the G key, but nothing would happen, and this game moves so quickly!
