Yeah, I only use Firefox type browsers, so I have to pass on this one, plus I don't have a microphone. But good effort trying to use new tech in a LD game!

runedrake 2015-04-19 06:17

So do I have to kill everyone ? what about the announcer or the executioner, should I kill them too ? :P

Fun idea, not very unconventional though (it happens all the time IRL :P)

stray 2015-04-19 10:15

That's nice and similar to my game :D

It's really fun but the music is a little too loud. And if you could add more reasons it'd be awesome

kalinka 2015-04-20 11:57

Five star in Humor !!

A really nice idea, although I spared all the JavaScript haters because JS has hurt too many people already :P

joystikman 2015-04-20 12:11

The voice recognition don't work all the time but it's really funny.

edwardgreysky 2015-04-20 13:17

Good idea but is there a goal ?

(But I had a lot of fun killing all those linux lovers !)

pavel_insight 2015-04-20 13:30

Speech recognition didn't work, but I vote 5 for innovation, since the concept is funny. :)

sheepolution 2015-04-20 15:38

I would've liked some gameplay, like, a way to lose other than not killing anyone. Right now it's just repeatidly saying "Kill" and though that's fun for a short while, it gets boring very quickly.

azurency 2015-04-20 17:22

had a lot of fun killing those people !

jupiter_hadley 2015-04-20 17:26

great concept and start to a bigger game. Do you plan on continuing? I included it in part 1 of my Ludum Dare 32 compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/-ZkAqIe6FiQ

You heard me.

bpleonvong 2015-04-21 06:12

Wish the voice recognition worked for me, other than that it was okay.

archonthewizard 2015-04-21 08:56

Great idea using voice recognition! I feel like this could be a lot of fun with some more work put into it.

pixel_3 2015-04-21 09:12

Not bad, the voice recognition broke on me a couple times but it was funny when it worked. Maybe you were going for dark humor but it might be better with a themeing that fit the hilarity of bad voice recognition. A debate for example.

I made a Twitch highlight of my playthrough. http://www.twitch.tv/alucardx60/c/6578655

New tech, though my mic doesn't like me

techblogogy 2015-04-23 19:51

This was very fun! Although mic thing was a bit dodgy

designernap 2015-04-23 20:07

mic detection was a bit off but fun ideas

taro 2015-04-23 23:47

Speech recognition did not work, but it seemed like saying "Kill" 32 times isn't all that intriguing either. A good attempt, but filled with problems.

team-ex-sword-stential 2015-04-24 21:12

I had trouble with the speech recognition, it wasn't quite working, I had to repeat kill lots of times and it would only work randomly one time or another.

gunzil 2015-04-25 05:40

I was having mad trouble with the voice recognition, but it's cool that it's there and the idea of using vocal recognition is very unconventional :)

I'd rather it have started with 10 citizens over 25, as once I wanted to find out what happens when you kill them all it took quite a bit to click through all the remaining civilians. Also the voice clips would keep queuing up instead of interrupting each other so I'd having the voice talking about guy I killed 3 civilians ago and I'd have to wait for them to catch up.

Overall it's very thematic and innovative. I streamed this game as well so a video is in the works :)
