Looks great. I love how he fixes his hair constantly. :)

larzan 2014-08-26 12:08

Wow, that is difficult, the controls and movements are a bit buggy, but i enjoyed in anyhow, the more difficult the more i want to solve it :)
Well done.

the movment is a bit hard, but the game looks good.

I could not run either the web nor OS X version of this game (running OS X 10.9.4)

donfabio 2014-08-26 19:55

Polona are you using Safari? You might have to enable WebGL from the Developer menu or use a recent version of Firefox or Chrome. As for the native build I have no idea why it doesn't work. We tested on Johannes' (also 10.9.4) and my Mac (10.10 beta 2) and it worked...

Nice game, is that a hugging bear or a bugging bear ? :D

jaloko 2014-08-26 23:04

Love the sprites and gameplay. I did however encounter a glitch where I fell into the spikes and got stuck and could not move. Overall very nice.

Nice platformer!

andybrown 2014-08-26 23:06

Nice entry! I like the artwork and hero design. Punching a bear to death was pretty satisfying. The gameplay felt pretty solid. But the level design kind of lost me after awhile. Too many blind jumps where you can't see where you are going, which leads to restarting the whole level to try again and make it to the next blind jump to figure out where you need to land.. and restart the level.

lord-bobyness 2014-08-26 23:28

This was hilarious. From how he constantly brushes his hair(the death sequence is the best) to the guys who charge at you trying to kill you (even though they fail do anything) to the level design (those platforms that launch you to other platforms before sending you into the lava)

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be off to make a friend play this as well.

donfabio 2014-08-27 13:48

Thanks everyone. :) We really appreciate your feedback.

Jaloko: Where did you get stuck? This is because some spikes have the damage property set to 0 and 0 is the default value... I know it's stupid.

suvidriel 2014-08-28 08:30

Haha :D love the artwork!

munkeebacon 2014-08-28 08:32

Smooth animations! Nice Job.

mintarcade 2014-08-28 08:34

Dialogues at beginning was too fast, other that that - it's a nice platformer.

cryunreal 2014-08-28 16:28

funny
nice graphics

kibertoad 2014-08-28 16:31

Controls are too sensitive and platforms move in a weirdly unpredictable fashion. But that bear falling to pieces after I waved my hands at it for a while freaked the hell out of me. So it works well as a horror game.

kayelgee 2014-08-28 17:11

I don't know why but this game reminded me of rick dangerous

mrexcessive 2014-08-29 08:51

Hey there. Nice looking game. Love the fast pummel attack. Found the second level pretty tough. Shame no sound. Good job!

solifuge 2014-08-30 07:32

Dear god that's hard. Great level design. I got stuck on level 2 of the lava region :< Love the animations, but especially the little sections where enemies are just screwing around on the bouncy boxes or whatnot. It's good that the death animation is really funny, because I sure saw it a lot. It looks like he's about to cry: "O Tempora! O Mores!" Great job :D

Thanks for showing this at the Frankfurt Independent Game Dev Meetup

jupiter_hadley 2014-09-07 20:39

Silly little game! I included it in part 20 of my Ludum Dare 30 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) http://youtu.be/3H1YVzN-nuA

orangeez 2014-09-08 19:23

shashwat 2014-09-08 19:31
