yeah, just the fact that i can place every single one in a slot at no charge makes this game ... ungamely? :)

blooperly 2012-12-17 03:55

Haha yeah well, those last 2 hours were crazy.

manuel 2012-12-17 03:57

Nice concept, and looks polished, except for the gameplay part ;)

adonaac 2012-12-17 04:04

Even though this isn't a lot of fun (a lot of waiting) and is sort of buggy, I think your sprites are really simple (in a good way) and cute, good job.

I'll update my ratings once you get to fix some of the bugs. Good luck.

Like your art, combats take toooooooo long.

blooperly 2012-12-17 05:46

Thanks for the input :D
Just finished fixing combat, now I am working on balancing.

pacifistgames 2012-12-17 12:13

Interesting concept!
I'm sure if you work at it more it could grow into something really neat! I like the look of your characters. :)

jsmars 2012-12-17 13:09

Looks like it could be really neat with some more polish and some audio :)

meep 2012-12-18 05:36

I really like the overall appearance of the game. Though like yourself and others have already said, it could use some tweaks/balancing. It has a lot of potential though, nice work! :)

edocentrique 2012-12-18 12:25

It's good. Maybe speeding up battle and adding a music would be cool !

faust 2012-12-18 15:40

Nice concept, but it would be nicer if the pace can be speed up.

metadept 2012-12-18 16:37

Needs some balance/polish/bug fixing (obviously) but I like the concept. Would be very cool to add things like traps and variable dungeon layouts.

blooperly 2012-12-19 02:07

Yeah, the original idea was to have units traps and treasure rooms, but some of it had to get cut. I am going to participate in the One Game a Month challenge, and one of those months I may resurrect and recode this whole thing.

ethankennerly 2012-12-19 06:23

I like the simple tower defense layout and clicking to purchase a unit. If you continue to develop this, I'd be interested to see quicker combats at each intersection.

files on drop box have been deleted or moved.

comrad_gremlin 2012-12-21 20:05

Something happened to dropbox files: they are missing, could not get the game.

blooperly 2012-12-21 21:36

Fixed

jiddo 2012-12-23 12:08

The idea is certainly cool. In fact, it is somewhat similar to our own!

There is a bit too much waiting involved tho. The ability to place multiple mobs in a room doesn't really feel intuitive. I would rather be able to upgrade the ones I placed there before. Also, the path traversed by the hero in the maze makes no sense. It shouldn't be random in the sense that he can walk back a way that he has already been on. It'd be better to pick a reasonably short route to the boss.

Graphics look really good tho and the controls are intuitive, for the most part.

blooperly 2012-12-23 17:13

Is it placing multiple mobs in a room? oops. Its supposed to upgrade.
