Really cool concept. I chose the turtle and defeated some lizards. Then I chose to evolve with a fish and it made me a lizard fighting a turtle fish. When I beat the turtle fish, the level didn't end and there were no other characters to fight against.
Hey, thanks for trying it out for me :). Are you quite sure you killed everyone? The screen scrolls quite a long way each way so could you have missed someone? The way to know is that there are always 5 of them so if you've not killed 5, you're not done yet.
This works on the theme nicely. Mutant Turtle/Bird combos are an amusing prospect and a fun use of the theme.

Yes I was thinking of doing it as multi player (nothing to do with saving myself the effort of coding the AI of course) but I figured most people wouldn't be able to play it if it wasn't single player. If I develop the idea in future though, I'll almost certainly include multiplayer. Thanks for the feedback :).
Aw man, attacks should cause knockback or something to make it feel crunchy. Primordial setting goes well with the simple drum track, but def needs some more sounds. Lava spout was a nice touch. Love the animal combinations. Congratulations on a good showing.
I like the concept of the game, some interesting elements in there.

The game is quite hard for me. (completed first level only on third attempt)
I like music it add a lot of tension to game.
It would be nice to see how many enemies still alive.
Any game with a flying turtle lizard is great in my books!
A decently executed game. It seems pretty hard to succeed if the stats aren't in your favor, though.

Nice concepts but a little hard to play, at least for me. Got my ass beaten up three times in a row. xD
I also didn't understand how the first screen says I'm the lizard but I'm a turtle if a choose the turtle or a lizard if I choose the fish. Couldn't choose the lizard for some reason (wow, that was really confusing).
Like the animal hybrids, nice idea. More feedback on attack success would be helpful.
Not bad, not bad. Pretty cool stuff, and although starting all over seems kinda harsh, I can't think of any alternatives. Funny stuff, man. Funny stuff.
