Interesting interpretation of the theme.
I like it.
Rather than a game, this might be useful if you had some way to export the music you created and include it in your own games similar to http://www.bfxr.net
This is really amusing!
Could not for the life of me run your game (Firefox 14.01). Left it to load in the browser for about ten minutes, then tried downloading the .jar (but it wasn't executable, of course).
I'm so pleased that people like it! I added a JAR file as an alternative download. It will run in a Frame if people struggle to get the Applet working.
It's more of a toy than a game, but I was pleasantly surprised to see something that wasn't anything like what I expected to see in the contest.
Enjoyed exploring differet evolutions of beats :)
Nice entry. Did create some beats. Not really a game but a nice little drum machine. some way to change tempo would have been great. Anyways, well done! (Website didn't work for me, but the Jar did)
This really needs an export option. It would really make a neat tool! Great work.
Reminds me of Mario Paint! This is a good memory.
This is a fun drum loop machine. I liked it, and might play with it again.
Very nice. However, I was expecting the evolve button to morph my loop instead of switch me over to other rhythms. This would be over the top if you could get a save function.
Fun little tool and interesting take on the theme. I'm usually pretty bad at drum machines but I was able to make something decent with this one.
Neat way to interpret the theme!
Pretty fun to play with, not much of a game though, and the connection to the theme is a bit weak.
Neat. Very neat. I can see myself actually using this in the future to make drumbeats. Sure, it's not much of a game, but it's one heck of a toy!
