| Oct 19 22:44:59 | Ancient Technology | ♥ 1 | I really liked how the pixel-art lighting was done. At first, I was a bit confused—I actually managed to get lost in this small area—but I made it through quickly. The controls feel good; it has a classic style and fits the jam’s theme perfectly. | |
| Oct 19 22:54:44 | 9m 45s | Rental Breakdown | ♥ 1 | The visuals are very beautiful and really fit the theme; interestingly, we had a similar idea for our own game. It reminded me of how, as a child, I used to rewind cassette tapes by sticking my finger into the spiky, rotating wheel. |
| Oct 19 22:59:03 | 4m 19s | FINGERTRICK | ♥ 1 | The idea is really cool. But the controls proved too much for my brain to handle after three days of a game jam. I did figure them out eventually, but it was a struggle :) |
| Oct 20 17:16:03 | 18h 17m | Hadal Station | ♥ 1 | I really enjoyed art style It’s also cool that you can step away from the boat controls definetely it adds to the immersion |
| Oct 20 17:29:56 | 13m 53s | When the Skies Were Young | ♥ 2 | Cool controller and text style. It would be fun to play this in VR |
| Oct 20 17:51:37 | 21m 41s | MiniRPG | ♥ 1 | I’m a big fan of ASCII-based games like CDDA, though, honestly, I can’t single out any one that’s truly outstanding. Still, the idea of representing creatures as 2x2 blocks of symbols is really cool. You can tell right away that you shouldn’t mess with a level 15 dragon. It would also be great to have a way to see what’s around you. |
| Oct 20 18:03:19 | 11m 42s | SMASH TO FIX | ♥ 1 | What could be cooler than using yourself as an asset? |
| Oct 20 18:13:14 | 9m 55s | Junkyard Pilot Crash Course | ♥ 0 | Damn, the second map won't load for me—it just keeps spawning "tulpas" forever :) But seriously, this game is underrated; it’s basically a "Red Bull gives you wings" simulator. The concept could be expanded by letting players build their own planes out of literal junk and scrap. So far, it’s the best thing I’ve seen from LD60. It’s not tedious at all, and the progression feels great |
| Oct 20 18:22:37 | 9m 23s | Steam Locomotive | ♥ 1 | Man, I really love it when a game isn’t overloaded with content and you don’t have to guess what you’re supposed to do. We actually had a similar idea involving a steam train at first, but then we decided to make a game about a boat instead. |
| Oct 20 18:33:06 | 10m 29s | Proper Cannoning | ♥ 0 | Requires password :( |
| Oct 20 18:49:09 | 16m 03s | OBSOLETE | ♥ 1 | Very cool controls and nice graphics, thats my favourite for now |
| Oct 20 18:53:15 | 4m 06s | Hic Sunt Elephanti | ♥ 2 | I think I spot that elephant in the room :) Nice one game |
| Oct 20 20:19:36 | 1h 26m | Iron Elephant | ♥ 0 | I'm happy I've noticed that elephant in the room:) |
| Oct 21 09:01:01 | 12h 41m | Gamma Emergency | ♥ 1 | Oh damn, I finally managed to escape out with 1 sec left. Basically good 2d puzzle game. Leally liked how the cart springs downward a little bit when you jump onto it. Nice visuals and background parralax visible through windows. The only issue I saw the defeat sound is a bit loud, and it gave me a scare :)Screenshot 2026-10-21 115645.png |
| Oct 22 07:54:09 | 22h 53m | Chort Harvest | ♥ 1 | This is an excellent tech demo. I think it could easily be turned into a mobile game—the kind that kids would get hooked on at the back of the classroom, just like we used to play *Gravity Defied* when we were younger. I haven’t seen mechanics like this anywhere else. I really liked how limbs get torn off and go flying, spraying blood everywhere. On the downside, it gets very dark at times, making it hard to see all the chaos you’re causing. Also, it’s quite difficult to land hits with the spear, as the vehicle doesn’t rotate as much when you press the D key. Still, it’s a very enjoyable game. |
