Apr 20 15:10:05 Moon Moth ♥ 1 I really liked the concept of your game! I love the moon moth character and you captured a dreamlike atmosphere very well. The art and audio were great, it had this playful but mysterious tone. The animated intro screen was a nice way to set the mood. Did I understand correctly that the different wave types are "stars", "horror", "water" and "romance"? I think that's super cool and I liked exploring the different combinations. A very nice game and it's impressive that you made it in an engine you hadn't worked in before!
Apr 20 18:55:58 3h 45m While You Were Here ♥ 2 Wow, this is great! The animations are just fantastic! Both the boy and the golem have so much character and the way they move is very expressive. I love the scene where you wake the golem up in the beginning. The atmosphere, with the sound and the lighting really feels like an old dense forest. The game mechanic was a very good take on the theme I think, and I liked the puzzles. I got stuck on level three unfortunately. I couldn't figure out how to solve it, even after many attempts. But I was sad to not be able to get further. I would be interested in knowing the solution and seeing the rest of the game.
Apr 21 20:33:25 25h 37m G-VAUDAN ♥ 1 This was great! The art is fantastic (not that I expected anything else from you guys ;) and the whole game feels very nice to interact with. It is super polished and there is so much attention to detail, like how everything is animated, even the clouds in the background 😄 You always seem to come up with new cool ideas. This was really fun and I love how intuitive it was to pick up and play. The upgrade mechanic was very interesting. It was flexible but still easy to understand. I really enjoyed upgrading the towers and trying out the different combinations. Nice that you included the endless mode so you could keep playing and experimenting. I like it when games allow you to upgrade things to ridiculous levels and it was so fun to try stacking the upgrades and making insane combos. I played until there was no space left in the inventory 😆 The dog creeps me out (but in a good way) and the whole presentation is very mysterious. I would love to know more about the backstory!
Apr 23 06:37:17 34h 03m Dr. Cool Whale Against The Electronicles ♥ 1 Loved it! Great concept and very well executed. It was super polished and both graphics and audio were great! It was well scoped, well paced and had fun upgrades. Incredibly well made!
Apr 25 05:29:41 46h 52m Dragonia Siege ♥ 1 I loved it, great game! It's a real masterclass in making the most out of a limited set of interactions. All you could do was walk around, but there was still such a rich set of puzzles. Very well done!
Apr 25 10:06:18 4h 36m Twilight Beacon ♥ 1 Really awesome! What a cool and novel idea, and great take on the theme. Everything was super well executed, the visuals, the audio and the overall feeling of the game. Very slick, well polished and just nice feeling. I Really enjoyed the music, it fit the pace of the game perfectly. Great animations on the interactions. Correctly catching the beams felt awesome.
Apr 25 10:37:33 31m 15s Piggybacker ♥ 1 This was great! Such a fun experience. The pacing was perfect and the game kept entertaining and surprising me. Really enjoyed it! ...And to address your remark in the description, I'm not trying to "be nice" ;) You did a great job with this one! I guess if I'm really trying to think of something, the only space for improvement I can come up with would be to make the background music a bit more varied. It sounds good but it feels like it should build up a bit more, with some more elements coming in after a while perhaps? That's nitpicking though, and only because you explicitly asked for feedback. Loved the game and I'm looking forward to your future entries.
Apr 25 10:39:05 1m 32s ROV-R ♥ 1 A fun, tight and well executed experience! I like your take on the theme, very interesting. The game looked great and was easy to understand. I would have enjoyed some additional challenge after a while, but I also think that what you have already is very well made and fun to play.
Apr 25 10:48:32 9m 27s Bird Man Signal ♥ 1 I've not played many games like this before but I really enjoyed it. It was fun and engaging seeing the story unfold. I liked the colorful descriptions and the conversations between the clones. Really cool with a story that was not from the superhero's point of view, but from a regular person (that still did something heroic). Great take on the theme.
Apr 25 11:03:26 14m 54s I Contact ♥ 1 This was a very unique and engaging experience. Eerie and otherworldly, and very compelling. I enjoyed figuring out the puzzle. At first, everything seemed so alien. But after a while it all made sense. Really enjoyed the beautiful art and the mixed media approach. Screenshot 2026-04-25 130115.png
Apr 26 14:45:45 27h 42m Tiny Signal Lost ♥ 2 Amazing! A spectacular game. The graphics and audio were so well polished and nice. And the level/puzzle design was just top notch. The last level was just the right level of frustrating XD It was so satisfying to beat it. It took me many tries but finally having that run where everything went right felt great 😄 Very good take on the theme and a smart, cool and fun game mechanic. Very well done!! Apr 26 15:12:29 26m 44s Lock ♥ 2 Very cool! Super polished and clean. It had a real "demoscene" vibe to me, which I really enjoyed. I can understand getting knee deep in in quaternions making this, haha 😆 But the end result was great. Tumbling the camera around and twisting the objects to solve the puzzles was very satisfying. I'm color blind so I had difficulty with differentiating some of the colors. To my delight, it was still very playable and I enjoyed it a lot! Screenshot 2026-04-26 171042.png
Apr 26 15:33:43 21m 14s nervous climb ♥ 2 I love the intro and the premise of the game. A great take on the theme! The art is super cute and stylish. The character is so adorable and I love the texturea on the environment. I enjoyed the gameplay but it was a tad too difficult for me. I fell down to the bottom so many times, haha! I would have appreciated if there were some checkpoints along the way, or big platforms you could aim for when falling down. The level design was great and once you got a bit higher it was very exiting. Falling down was always inevitable for me though 😆. I think you did a great job with the game and the hard core platforming was exiting! I'm just not that good at it, I'm afraid. The visual design of everything was splendid, and your color choices are great.
Apr 27 16:29:25 24h 55m Winnerman Scams a Game Show ♥ 1 This is so good! The concept is brilliant and so much fun to play around with. It felt great having the power to edit the timeline and get all the tasks perfect. But it's so much more than just a nice game mechanic, it's the whole package. A compelling world with fun characters, nice voice acting; a quirky, engaging story with twists and surprises. Really amazing work. Your experience shows, being able to make a game this complex look effortless to pull off. Loved all the little details and polish, like Winnerman's hair waving and the awesome pause menu music. I made a little piece of fan art of Winnerman :) winnerman_fan_art Edit: Hmmm. Image upload seems broken for me :( Here's a [link instead](https://www.vidarnel.se/images/ld59/winnerman.png)
Apr 28 06:37:31 14h 08m Prospects ♥ 1 This was very well made! Polished and well designed. I appreciated the clean visual style, the intuitive menus and the fluid controls. Driving the speeder was so satisfying! It had just the right feel to the motion. I was proud when I even managed to steer it inside when I was going back to sell materials. Didn't feel as smug when I struggled to get it outside again though 😆 The gameplay of scanning for minerals was fun and quite engaging. Good choice of mechanic for the theme, I think it worked really well. It was fun to keep upgrading your equipment. I can confess that I kept it running overnight to farm minerals, hehe. It still worked great to continue playing this morning. Good job on making it stable! Most of my games will freak out if left running for to long... :P Good game!
May 2 14:23:13 103h 45m Exegenesis ♥ 1 This was a lot of fun! I hadn't played a journaling game before so the whole concept was new to me. I really liked it though. I liked how it's writing for your own enjoyment, and how the game encourages your imagination. Apparently we don't own a regular deck of cards, haha. I searched the whole house. So I had to revert to using an online deck. It worked well but it meant I couldn't sort the cards as instructed. So I had to play the "full chaos" version 😆 In the end, my character (a reporter) didn't fulfill their goal. But it turned into a good story nonetheless. And all the more mysterious when the signal wasn't fully decoded. The production is top notch, with nice looking layout and well written rules. It felt very professional and approachable. I'm happy to have had such a nice introduction to the world of journaling games!
May 3 06:16:00 15h 52m Synesthezoo ♥ 2 I really enjoyed this! It's a very cool and novel idea. The aesthetics are wonderful, the game has so much character. The animals are awesome, and the way they change pose when making a sound is hilarious XD It was good to have both the audio and the fractal animation to go by when trying to match the signals. The fractals were very well made. Really nice how many different degrees of control you had over how they looked. And the sound seemed like it was synthesized in real time? That's very cool! Nice selection of levels and a good progression. Overall a very fun, and different, game. Well done!
May 3 06:27:24 11m 24s Mixed Messages ♥ 0 Really fun and interesting. I was very intrigued by the story, I had no idea where it was heading. I wasn't sure if I was communicating with someone sinister, or with someone I would need to help, or if there was a mystery of some kind. The ending surprised me and was very sweet. I think game jams are perfect for telling little stories like this and I really enjoyed the experience. I found the game mechanics intuitive and fun. It was nice how you could start picking out the words you were most sure about first, and then work out what the other words must be. I really appreciated how there were no penalty for getting letters wrong either, that made the game very relaxed and enjoyable to me.
May 3 06:38:47 11m 23s Cadence of Glob ♥ 3 This was super nice! Very nice mix between story and gameplay. The characters were sweet and funny, with witty and well written dialogue. Who knew that bouncing a ball would be such a fun minigame? Haha, I really enjoyed it. And the decoding part was just fantastic! I would have loved a mode where I could retry only that part, to try and improve my score. The last signal was so much fun! Awesome music as well.
May 3 06:47:17 8m 30s Mixed Signals (using DOD) ♥ 1 A cool and novel idea! I liked the progression in difficulty by adding more colors and more compilers. The game had a nice feel to it and let you get into a sort of "flow state" of rotating pieces and decoding signals. I liked the smooth and subtle animations, like the compilers rotating with a nice easing and the signals speeding up when being captured. The stress test level looked insane, haha XD It was fun just to stare at that one.
May 8 17:06:55 130h 19m Trailwork ♥ 1 You always make very interesting games and I'm happy I managed to play this one before the deadline. It felt like a unique experience. It was very effective at provoking an eerie and mysterious, otherworldly feeling. I found it really beautiful. The sounds of the orbs added a lot to the mood. The game could have turned out very disorienting, but somehow it didn't. Instead it was quite relaxing to play and I enjoyed watching the shapes rearrange themselves as I flew around. I think I found four different stable configurations. It was great finding the ramps and throwing yourself off them with speed 😆
